eMalaysian survey

Hello eMalaysia!

In order to improve eMalaysia, I have made a survey. I hope you got some time to fill it in.

The survey is entirely in English however strange enough when I filled it in myself, the buttons were Dutch. I don't know if this will affect you, maybe it's in English or your local language. Please let me know if this issue occurs.

To avoid confusion:
To go back just press on the ">" button. The button "insturen" is the submit button.

If any other issues occur, please let me know so I can try to fix them.
