Day 107: Still Waiting

Day 707, 19:15 Published in USA USA by Desertfalcon

It appears that the U.S. military is still in the process of recovering from the last massive tanking operation in Nunavut. This doesn't come as much a surprise since there was a bit of a delay between the massive tanking in Manitoba and the battle in Nunavut. An attack on Alaska is likely in the next few days however the U.S. isn't under any pressure since Hungary can't attack so the wait for the battle could be even longer then that. The time off has benefited Hungary as well since they have been able to move most of their citizens out of Nunavut and into Alaska, this both raises the wall in the region and raises the cost for the U.S. to attack the region.

Despite no peace treaties anywhere in sight it appears that PEACE has already started planning for life after the war. The Western Siberian Region that was occupied by Indonesia has recently been given back to Russia. This is an extremely important region since it can produce three different high quality resources. This region has gone back and forth between PEACE countries over the past months, however it appears that it will stay Russian for awhile with the war starting to wind down. Hungary is also giving regions back to Switzerland in exchange for the Swiss buying useless Hungarian companies, this isn't too significant though.

That's about it in world news, not much to talk about until the battle in Alaska begins.
