Cannon Cockers C4 To Marines
In the spirit of cooperation and with a desire to see as many US-AIM MU's achieve top status worldwide, the Cannon Cockers MU have authorized their members to join the US Marines for the duration of the Tournament.

Said Dauntless2000:
"Commander Haselrig worked the idea out with the Marines. C4 is still my unit of choice, we are about the camaraderie first, the damage and kills are second. Me and my other members left to help another unit during this contest and will return to C4 once it is done. I don't care which unit wins, but I do want to see the Militias of AIM be the top three for our nation once all is said and done."

Statistical analysis of Tournament Day 1

As you can all see by the results board, 3 of the top 4 units competing for top spots in the US Standings are US-AIM affiliates. Let's look at how the damage is being done within AIM by Division.

In terms of competition, it seems that the most interesting development to watch will be to what extent the EZC D3 is able to keep pace with the other big units' D4s.

In other news, rumors are circulating about a new addition to US-AIM. One of eUSA's cherished Military Units, an MU with a storied history and many loyal supporters is said to have expressed mutual interest in becoming an affiliated MU. You will have to watch this newspaper for information about this story when the official announcement has been made.

Important Advice
If you are a member of a smaller-hitting Military Unit, you have my respect. We at US-AIM have tremendous respect for the communities that have developed among members of all eUS based MU's (I am even talking about you, AFA). You are being strongly encouraged to make your damage count for one of the US-AIM MU's which are in competition for the prizes. Right now Easy Company is in a tight race against a non-AIM MU for 3rd place Nationally, so it would seem sensible to consider them first. (Full Disclosure: I am a member of Easy Company.)

The reason I am so adamant about you joining either ST6, US Marines, Easy Company, or Praetorian Guards is that we truly want to make sure that as many eUS MU's win the ultimate prize of receiving an Organization. That is the prize for all Top 50 International MU's in the Tournament. EZC is on the cusp of that number, making the case for joining them even more compelling.

As always, if your MU has an interesting bit of news, please pass it along to me. The job of collecting news covering 16 MU's is too daunting a task without your help. Please use the link below to submit your idea for a story and I will follow up with my gumshoe beat.

Feel free to include the link to my form in your newspaper.

I look forward to reporting the news as it unfolds.

Good luck to all US-AIM MU's in the ongoing tournament.
