Bored of ALWAYS fighting the UK?

I think i have an answer to the problem of boredom in eCanada, but its going to take the action of each and every one of you together.
When you look at the borders of eCanada there is 1 serious problem.
British Columbia is on the coast and is connected to the PACIFIC OCEAN, and yet it only borders regions in North America.
WTF?
on the east:
Newfoundland borders Ireland, the UK & Portugal
Nova Scotia Borders France
We all need to send a ticket to the Admins requesting this be fixed.
BC should border AT LEAST 3 countries.
Japan
Taiwan
China
a case could be also made for the Phillipenes but its quite far south.
FURTHER, i really think Nunavut or Northwest Territories should rightfully border Russia, even if maybe i dont want to open that door 😉
Having a proper border with SOMEBODY on our west coast would vastly improve game play and tactics for us bored Canadians and get us the F*** out of the UK and Europe in general.
So send a ticket today, send a ticket every day! Demand justice, demand more borders!

as an e-canadian i'm feeling very frustrated at our border.
British Columbia is a province on the west coast of Canada. It is the gateway to the pacific rim and is home to a very high volume port.
Why is it that eCanada has so many connections to Europe on the east coast but nothing on the west coast.
I would propose you add 2 - 3 new connections from British Columbia to the countries of Japan, Taiwan And China. These are the closest countries to us in lattitude.
Most e-canadians feel very caged in and i believe this will greatly increase our enjoyment of the game as well as adding to the depth of the tactics and strategy.
Please consider this simple change to game mechanics!

Russia, Canada, Norway and Finland can allways fight for it
So if Canada borders China, Taiwan, Japan or Russia who would you attack? The problem is that you try to be friends with all your neighbours. Try to negotiate a TW which would give you a way to an enemy.

Japan would be the likely target of future warfare, at least we could alternate between them and the uk right 😛
i considered having South Korea on the list but when i looked at a map its more "behind" japan, so really its not connected the same way Spain is not connected on the east.

Canada also has a land border with Denmark near Greenland. And we're right across the icecap from Norway and Russia, both of which are closer than The British Isles. Then again, Canada has the second largest oil reserves in the world and yet the eRep version of our country has to invade UK of all places to get oil... So I don't think reality is high on the priority list for the developers.

but the trick to my article is sending in the ticket.

if all 16 people that voted this article sent in a ticket AND got their friends in game to do the same, something would change.
particularly if 1 or 2 of them were gold beasts like rylde. 😛
Over a year ago, I sent in a ticket to the Admins...Still waiting for a response. It's been so long, I don't remember why I sent the ticket in the first place.
Let's take Alaska. I've always felt that Alaska should have been in Canadians hands, not only in this game but in real life too.
