ok so it has come to my attention the alot of those who are beginning are looking for secrets and advantages
you know the way some games have a trick to them
now being asked this a few times over the last month or so i have given he same answers we all give invest in training bla bla bla save your gold for upgrades bla bla bla
but i occurs to me when i started help was thrown at me from all angles and so i feel i have somehow cheated these beginners with my vanilla version answer
so i put it to all of you
how can i answer and help these people better ?
how can i bring my answer up to date to be most effective

If I was to start over, knowing what I know now, I would do this...
Strength is the one thing you can't "catch up" with. Invest in upgrades to training grounds, and train all you can.
DO NOT FIGHT !! It only gives you unwanted experience, and pushes you into higher divisions too soon.
Do not work as manager in your starter companies, but still buy them for the mission. Spend one work click only when necessary for a mission. This is also to avoid experience points. Ten health of fighting is 1 experience, while ten health of working is 2 experience. Working gives too much experience to be worthwhile. If you need currency, then work one click per day in a job. Since you are not fighting, you shouldn't need much currency, so this can easily be kept to a minimum.
While you are only strength training, spend any other gold on energy center upgrades to have more health for fighting later.
If you only strength train through all of the division 1 levels, you will burst on to the scene of division 2 as a beast.
You will have thousands of strength, while most opponents have hundreds. BHs will come with just a few clicks. Now you will keep max strength training and DO fighting with BH easy BH medals to save up gold for the future. Upgrade to max strength training grounds if you haven't already. You are still skipping work clicks.
Do the same through division 3. You continue to enjoy being a big fish in a small pond, because you have maxed your strength, while minimizing your experience. You are amassing the small fortune you will use once you hit D4.
Now in division 4, the dynamic has completely inverted. You are now a very small fish, in a very big pond. Spend your money to upgrade the rocket factory, and you can now safely build a plethora of businesses to spend all the Work-As-Manager clicks you want. We are no longer avoiding experience. Over the last year+ you have learned a lot about the game. Enjoy it, and do what you want.
That's a long way of saying "Max your strength, and minimize your experience points."
One more note. In D2 and D3 you are getting BHs based on your mega strength with as few clicks as possible. You do the DO kills, but you SAVE the EBs.
Do not waste EBs chasing a BH. Save them for a vital battle that needs a big push. If you can show enough restraint, then please save the EBs for the distant future in D4 battles that need a push. The only way to get a BH in D4 when there is a mission is to have a HUGE pile of EBs. So you will really want to save as many as you can.

So binksy, as I was saying, it can be helpful for new players to understand how to manage stalkers, if they live in eIreland. Esp.if they are female. Although this amadán thinks he' smart & funny, he's actually a creepy freak with all kinds of personal problems. If he'd half a brain, it'd be lonely.

ProTip: When getting stalked by Kurgan, keep him on your friends list but delete every comment he makes. Keeps him busy, and while he's typing like a sexstarved loser-loon, it gives everyone else a rest. I consider it a community service.

My advice on top of Bhane's would be to save gold and currency as much as possible and never spend gold on fighting.
Question if you do work and train should u receive the 1 xp every day ?
