Another Historic Moment

A Shift In Power

So it seems once again that the halls of the White House are now being walked by a new President, and that man's name is Civil Anarchy. An impeachment proposal was timed just right so that both terms of Congress, the last, and the one that took office on Sunday, both would be allowed to vote. This ploy has been used before in wanting to get a proposal through, and it seems to have worked this time, ousting Glove, and replacing him with the second place finisher in the last Presidential election, Civil Anarchy.

I thought that Glove would be impeached and possibly removed from office within his first week, but that if it wasn't done then, people would leave the issue alone and allow him to finish his term of office. I want to stress that I have no personal feelings on this issue that I will share, but I, like everyone else in this nation, am wondering if this will impact the nature of the next Presidential elections at all.

When Glove moved the alliance that the eUS was in without the consultation of the Congress, and allied us with nations that we were not on good terms with, all for an admin run contest, he pretty much sealed his fate. Yes it's true, the proposal wasn't discussed on the forums and technically it should have been voted down on that very premise, bur regardless of how anyone feels about this news, it is certainly clear that once again, just as Glove being elected was a historic moment, him being removed probably counts as an even more historic moment.

I will continue to try and write more articles relating to this issue in the future, but until next time, I'm Portcolumbus, and this is Meet The Press.
