Hi dear Gerth,
I wanted to know why u select (yurigavin) to be our captain in 9th regiment???
I didn't say that,as u may assume i wanted to be captain,but i can't tolerate tht
inferior officer become my captain. thts illogical tht u as our commander chose who didn't fight in fronts about 3 days ago and his military rank is lower than his teammate,always in army commanders choose highest ranks for captain in regiment.PLZ REFORM UR POLICY

i don know how is procedures, but i quited that regiment, i can't serve under rule of lower rank than myself

The Captain is voted for, (once per month) by other members of the regiment. Round about the 13th or 14th of each month you can put yourself forward as a candidate and the election takes place 1 or 2 days later. I can't remember the exact dates but it's somewhere in that range.

p.s. Lower rank doesn't necessarily mean a worse officer. ; )

lol, Captains are voted on. Garth has no say on who becomes captain. Each 15th (same time as PP elections) MU elections are held. Next time you need to candidate yourself before the 15th and then campaign (tell people why you would make a good captain) in order to secure enough votes.

I have to agree with Douglas, just because I am lower rank, doesn't mean I am a bad officer. I think that you are to old fashioned to be truthful, you need to grow up.

Anyway, I transferred myself,Because it's more logic tht my captain be higher rank than me.
Maybe u didn't serve in real army, bc u can't take order from lower ranks
