[Translation] War - 2nd Address to the population

"The last few hours have been pretty intense, in matters of contacts and governmental deliberations, with the purpose of solving this situation.

As you may know, GOONS' attack to Mexico, took Spain in a fake intervention in Mexico with the objective of ending their (GOONS') activities. That way, Mexico subjects itself voluntarially to Spain, beeing conquered by this one, under the promise that the country will be returned on V1, when Spain had solved Mexico's problems.

Portugal constantly faced Spain's threats, either by invasion threats, or by it's overestimation in the Mediterranic's Alliance.

Yesterday, when Mexico declared War to Spain, both countries predicted the creation of a super-power near Portugal, surrounding us, in a threatning way.

That's why, when Mexico declared war to Spain and all the MPPs (Mutual Protection Pacts) that Spain had were activated, beeing declared direct war to all countries that had border with Mexico - Venezuela and Portugal - and, though a Peace Request was sent by them, Portugal decided not to take the Peace path.

Portugal is facing today a multy-enemy, though beeing Mexico the only showing itself, all our enemies are in this battle; Spanish and Swedish people attacking Ponta Delgada (Azores) can be easily identified.

Because we believe that the earlier, the best, on solving this matter, because it's essential to Portugal and its allies survival, we entered this war, as a way of avoiding another one in the future, against a stronger and better prepared enemy than the current.

Because of this difficult times, it is asked of everyone to be ready and have in mind what's in stake.

When fights begin, eINEM will be available to help everybody with no exception.

Stocks
Today, after 5PM GMT (Game Time: 10AM) all Q4 Weapons and Q1 Gifts stocks will be made available, so that all defenders can stock up. We alert all workers to work and train like always, so that there are not production breaks.

General Defenders
As it's known, the battle is won when conquest timer reaches 0 (zero), which should happen 9.20PM GMT (Game Time: 2.20 PM), so, Military Forces Commander's advice is that a strong attack should happen near that momment. So, it is asked to all defenders that are not Comandos, to participate in the battle, joining the defenders, only after 5PM GMT (Game Time: 10AM).

Who lives in Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and Ponta Delgada, should, when losing a fight, go to the Hospital, with the purpose of recover 40 Wellness points. (These 4 cities are the ones with Q4 Hospitals so it is adviced that you locate yourself in one of them)

It is asked again to have in mind attention and follow the given instructions in this announcement, so that Victory can be ours"
