我是淡定的WE。
三月五日，将是我周岁的e生日，
据说e生日往往是让人思考爆发还是AFK的时候。
在这个战火绵延，基情燃烧的时代，我想，不如来一次露出。
嗯~也许不会见到我的下一个e生日，但我到时可以说我存在过。

在此，我宣布，接受NK思蜜达的提名，参选NK共和国囧统。

与这里的许多国人一样，我是在ATO的号召下，来到NK的。
其间也曾短暂的离开，但当NK出现危机，我又不顾一切的回到了这里。
满怀悲愤地花光半生积蓄。才发现，我的e人生属于这里。
这里有我的朋友们；这里我才有归属感；这里我才觉得我存在。
在我看来，NK已不再只是一个国家，
而是一群朋友互相帮扶，互相取悦，共同享受游戏乐趣的家园。
也许在有些人看来，在NK的生活并不如在eC有乐趣，
他们在实现了或公或私的目标后选择了离开。
但是我们留了下来，因我们在NK找到了有别与eC的乐趣，
并且共同尝试着让NK更有趣。

NK是一個小國。
子曰，大魚吃小魚，小魚吃蝦米。
在目前的e世界，小国的日子很不好过。
我们必须找到小国的生存方式。
国小，不一定都是坏处。
国民少，经济总量小，没有RL背景的包袱，
使我们可以更多的尝试非常规的发展道路。

例如，我们正在进行中的NE军演。
虽然还有一些具体问题需要完善，但不失为一个不错的开端。
我最近经常收到来自各国的移民咨询，
其中很多人就是冲着常年的NE战斗而来。
可见其吸引力。

（当然，新移民中肯定不乏怀着PTO或者政治投机目的而来的，
好在我们对他们从来不缺乏警惕。
我在说谁，你懂的。）

如果能获得国民的支持，我将致力于与eC协商完善NK军演方案。
减少战乱对NK国民和经济的影响，实现国家利益。
此外，是否还能在经济和政治模块中尝试一些非常规的发展计划，
我将鼓励国民开展讨论。待時機成熟，謹慎實施。
所有这些尝试，目的只能是为了使NKer在这里的生活更有樂趣。
所以，我希望大家更多的參予與支持。集思廣益，避免犯錯。

NK是一個移民國家，
不同時期來自不同國家的移民，共享著這個家园，
我們的行為和利益不可避免地相互影響。

所有來自eC的NKer們
作為個體，我們與在這個國家的其他移民享有同等的權利，
我們有權要求國家的發展道路體現我們的利益與追求。

作為一个集体，我们是这个国家最大的族群，
我们有责任为这个国家的前途把关。

在大多數時候，我們淡定且低調
而我，作為這個淡定的族群中低調的一員，
希望能成為一個代表，
去實現我們的權利與責任。

Dear Friends,

This is WE. I'm running for NK President.

I'm not gonna translate the Chinese version directly, as i have some other words to the non-Chinese friends in NK. No, i'm not expecting many votes from you. A speech may not change things in that way. I just posing some of my thought. Hope we could find some common feeling, and more importantly, some goals we could working on together in the further, no matter who will get the next presidency.

I'm a Chinese in RL, but a NKer in eRep. I came NK together with most of other Chinese in the ATO project against Russians. Some of them went back to eC after fulfilled their task. While some of them stayed in NK after finding some joys in NK differing from those in eC. We are devoted in our way to make the life in this country more enjoyable.


NK is a small country, by terms of population or recourses. In current eWorld, small countries are facing hard time. We are not promising to develop as those main countries. To be aware of this point is more important than just to post a slogan of independence.

I'm always thinking eRep as a game of friends. Maybe The Chicken would agree with me, since he is making eRep more like the Facebook. I would regard NK as a group of NKer's rather then simply a country. As long as NKer's think NK is independent, we are already independent. Our problems are survival and development as NKer's.

NK is small. It's a pity, but also a chance. Small is not always means disadvantage. Small country may have a route of small country. Small population and small economic scale, allow us to seek some unconventional routes for our survival and development with less problem.

One example is the NE training wars with eC, which offer us bonus of training and the rank, as well as a promising resource of national income.
I recently got many consultation for immigrating to NK from various country. Some of them were attracted by the NE training wars.

Although, there're many problem still unsolved and it seems that no contract was made formally by the governments until now. I believe that the first task of the next president is to set it down. We need reduce the negative effect to our citizen and economy, and fulfill the national profit from it.

I'd like to encourage further dissuasion on other unconventional measurements for our survival and development.

NK is a country of immigrants.
Almost all of our citizens are immigrated from various countries in various periods. And immigration may be the main way to increase our population.

WE admire the early immigrants who were keeping fight against the all kinds of PTOer's and got the victory finally.

WE admire the immigrants in the NK ATO projects who helped this country become our joyful homeland.

WE admire all the immigrants who are currently devoted to make the life in this country more enjoyable.

WE also welcome those new immigrants as long as their are willing to know what is benefit for our NKer's.

All of those immigrants should have same right to require for their interests and to pursuit of their goals. We share the same name -- NKer.

All the glory belongs the NKer's!




PS: Someone seems have question on my avatar. Yes, it's a military uniform of SMART, a outstanding private army in eC. As a member of private army, i'm not required to obey all the official order of eC government, nor getting funding from their government. We only get subsidy from eC in some key battles, according to the influence. I just get trained in fight and funded for training bonus by the army. Moreover, I can keep in good relationship with those active eC players. All of these are improving my capabilities to serve for NK.
I may change the avatar after our own military department really start to work, but i'm not going to change it before the election. Because, i do think it has nothing to do with the NK presidency.
