Hello eUK so I'm running for CP for 2 reasons really.

1. So Huey has some competition (because we need that)
2. To bring about more activity in the media and engage as many players as possible.

How I hear you guess? Let me explain

Let's go through each department shall we?

MoD

The MoD is working fine. It does it's job of posting articles with the latest orders. We've got to keep this up. Articles, Commanders PMs and constant contact with our alliance is what keeps our country in the right place at the right time on the Battlefield.

However I want to see a little more work between the MoD and our MUs. Each week the admins let us know who performed the best and award those MUs with a shiny, pointless medal. Wahoo! Why don't we start giving the weekly leaderboards more meaning. I propose that the MoD awards the top 3 MUs in damage and kills with tanks prizes each week which Commanders can then distribute between their soldiers as they wish. Happy Hunting.

MoHA

Let's be honest. This department doesn't do anything anymore. CPs come and go promising to get more out of the MoHA, then an article appears, then it goes quiet again. I want to use the MoHA to help people out. The MoD runs schemes like the Tank Fund and the Call to Arms so why can't the MoHA do something similar. I propose the MoHA publishes an article every 2 days like the MoD but offers the eUK people free food instead of weapons. An eFood-bank if you will. The articles can have other interesting things like links to important articles around the world, guides, updates and interviews with eUK ministers/congresspeople. This will hopefully keep the media busy and help the community as a whole.

MoFA

The MoFA always struggles to seem active because a lot of it's work is done behind the scenes, which a great reason to get involved.


This shouldn't mean that the MoFA sits on the sidelines and doesn't interact with the public. I want to recruit some active writers that will publish MoFA articles every 2 days with interviews with foreign CPs, ministers and alliance leaders. Profiles on allied countries and any updates they can give us. This can be a great way to get more people involved in alliance issues and get to know more about what other countries get up too when they're not invading us.

I'm not going to hide the fact that Huey is the master of the MoF which is why I hope he'll either take the job or recommend someone for the job if I win the election. It's important to keep an eye on the money but also make sure that the people are happy with tax levels which appears to be the issue in congress at the moment. Therefore, after reading the public's opinion and seeing how people calculated the fancy stuff I suggest we have a work tax at 4% as this allows people to make the profit they want but also allows us to keep the government raising money for MPPs, COs and fund schemes like the Tank Fund, Call to Arms and eFoodbank without having to demand too much money from the taxpayer.
