Hey there guys, because there's so many people asking me about what is the Plato Foundation and how to submit it, i will give you a guidance how to submit on Plato Foundation..

Here you go the Plato Foundation Short Guidance..
Plato Foundation is a project to gets finances from Plato and distributes them to players who stand out in helping the eRepublik community. The Plato Foundation can provide Gold for individual players, or fund programs meant to help larger numbers of players. Anything to help the community!

Given that this is a project of the community for the community, top players and leaders of their eCountries will be asked to join Plato in his efforts.

The Board of trustees is formed out of:
2 Community Officers
3 eRepublik Volunteer Moderators
4 independent high profile players (proposed and voted by the members of the board)
And the members will be changed monthly.
And the Board of trustees will discusses the proposed projects.

This month board of Plato Foundation :

The former Board Member of Plato Foundation will receive Former Board Member Badges.

The New Board of Members who will start their service will also receive Active Board Member Badges.


Basiclly you just need to do this thing :
1. Make an article proposal with tag [Plato Foundation]
2. Spread to others, get a lot of comments and votes
3. Post your article on discord #Plato-foundation channel
4. Wait for the announcement (If accepted move to 5)
5. You get your gold
6. Run the Project
7. Make a Report for Gold Usage and the Event Result
Steps for submitting a project:
STEP ONE : Make an article proposal with tag [Plato Foundation]
Under the article. Describe your project clearly, giving details about how it will work, its goals and the impact it should have on the eRepublik community. Remember that transparency is key here so try to be as clear as possible when it comes to these details. You can also limited the participan from his nationality but to be clear the board will considering it.

It is important to remember that the Platonic Foundation is NOT dedicated to receiving ideas to improve the mechanics of the game, but to sponsor all kinds of projects created, implemented and aimed at increasing social activity in the community.
The example of the program/project can be supported by Plato Foundation
+ Contests (Meme, Writing contest, Killer contest, a Musical like eRepublik Idol, etc.) or artistic - Drawings - Paintings, Poems, Essays, etc. - among others)
+ Supporting for Baby Booms
+ Creation of external tools (type BOTs) or web pages related to the game.
+ Volunteer programs.
+ "News Agencies" that publish regularly and constantly.

The example of program/project will not be supported by Plato Foundation
- Suggestion for game mech change
- A support for external advertising

Remember carefully the article MUST be written in English. You can, if you want to, translate it in one or more languages if you think it is necessary, but make sure the English version is written clearly.
STEP TWO : Spread to others, get a lot of comments and votes
Once you have published your article, you should try to make it popular - shout it and get the community to vote and comment on it. We want to hear the opinions of other Citizens as well.

Shout your article a couple of times, posted it on discord channel, even mass PM it if you like.
STEP THREE : Post your article on discord #Plato-foundation channel
Once you are happy with your project and the community’s feedback, submit it officially via the Discord channel of the Plato Foundation. You can also propose projects that aren’t yours but you consider as a good cause for the Plato Foundation.

Congratulations! The following days you should be available to answer any other questions the Board might have and wait for the list of projects that have been chosen.

STEP FOUR : Wait for the announcement (If accepted move to 5)
How the projects are chosen:
All submitted projects are discussed with the board. If the members vote to support the project, a trustee is appointed. At the same time, a budget is established for the project. The board also establishes whether the project qualifies as a one time sponsorship or a grant (for example, a player might apply for a grant, but a one time sponsorship could be more fitted for him).
STEP FIVE : You get your gold
One time sponsorships
Sponsorships reward individual projects. The Gold Reward of maximum 500 Gold is given all at once. However, a Citizen can apply/be proposed again if they come up with a new project.

Grants
Grants offer a maximum of 1000 Gold over a period of one month. The Gold will be transferred to the project leader to be shared according to the rules proposed.
STEP SIX : Run the Project
After you get your gold, run the project you proposed make it as bright as you can. You can however use your sponsorship as you like for example if you get 500G you can spend 100G for you as the founder of project and other 400G to the winner of your project.
STEP SEVEN : Make a Report for Gold Usage and the Event Result
At the end, you must post a follow-up article, giving details about how the Gold has been used. If the resources haven’t been used as promised, the board can choose to stop the funding.
At the end of the month, the project can be proposed again for a Grant.
