[MoL] Welfare week 31

Hello there, general Danish population! It's time for another report from the Ministry of Labor, in order to inform and update you on the running of the government Welfare program!
Week 31 turned to be just as impressive in terms of productivity as the previous weeks. On average, a Welfare-paid worker has about 95% working rate - which is quite impressive. Also noted is that the country treasury was noted on a peak level of ~18.000 DKK on the 1st of August. That's a new record, and much (but far from all of it!) of it is due to the redistribute effects spewing out of Welfare.
The Ministry has also struck a deal with the General Managers of the three companies employed by the government. In order to maintain price stability and availability of high-quality tanks on the Danish market, the GMs have agreed to keep 50 tanks available from each of them. Once again; this is to ensure that high-Q products remain available for Danish players - and at decent rates.
