[MOIA] Update on Retention Program- Part 3

Day 1,392, 13:16 Published in India India by Internal Affairs India

The first two updates on Retention Program have been published through my newspaper “News of Erep”. This is the third part on the continuing series of updates on the Retention Program.
As I have already mentioned in the earlier updates, the program is up and running. The first 20 new players have been selected and messages sent to them. We will start dispatch to the players who respond back in time in a day or two.
To make the Retention Program more efficient and exciting I have decided to make some players “Team Leaders” among the sub teams in the Retention Team.

The Team Leaders will be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of their teams. The Team Leaders will be able to take unilateral decisions on behalf of their team to bring the best out of his or her team. They just have to inform the rest of the players about their decisions.
The Team Leaders post is not permanent for any player but will be rotated among all the members in the team. Each of the Team Leaders will have a spell of 5 days before it is passed on to the next member in the sub team and so on. This will clearly indicate who makes the most positive contributions to the team and hence to the Retention Program as a whole. This will also clarify who is able to motivate the team most efficiently and with maximum passion.

The first groups of Team Leaders are as follows:
• Team 1- Calvinhobbes
• Team 2 ( Messaging)- Hemanathanakumar
• Team 2 ( Dispatch)- Commius
• Team 3 – RD1234
• Honorary Members- Dharma Vardhan & Nea Milosu

The Team Leaders are expected to have a meeting among them on IRC on the progress on the Retention Program at least once in a week.

Also at the end of every 20 days, there will be an evaluation and the Best Performing Team Leaders from each of the Group will receive a reward of 20 Q5 weapons.
And to add to that, there will be a reward for one Best Performing player in the Retention Team as a whole, outside the Team Leaders who have already won for that period, who have made the most valuable contributions to the Retention Program.

I would like to mention over here that this Reward Program has been made possible due to contributions from our President Maverick 10 Dodge Knight and the Government.

So Homies, What Are You Waiting For? Go and grab those shining Tanks waiting for you in the Yard.

May the best man win.
Best of luck to all of you.
