its easy select28 you can just petition plato to have northern ireland handed to eireland on a permanent basis ie become part of ireland. once this is done in game i dont see any need to treat you as enemies anymore on our part.

To be frank, I've long been of the belief that NI should be loaned to Ireland by UK. I don't think it can be done officially, although I take note of the debacle over Kosovo. My view was that it served no strategic importance to the UK - only linking to Scotland.
