Join the new world

Hey all. Today we are going to be talking about the recent war between Serbia / Romania and Chile. Which turned into what can almost be described as an eWorld War. It is important to note that not many of these battles took place in the defenders homeland. The majority of this are allies helping allies in maintaining their colonies.



It all happened when Romania and Serbia NE’d Chile despite having a NAP in place. After a war in Spain, Serbia felt action had to be taken and that the NAP was no longer necessary. War with Chile was a must.

Why is this important? Well, because of the NAP, Croatia was able to attack Spain without Serbia getting directly involved. Also Spain is a pro-Asteria nation, so while they could get support from Bulgaria and other Asteria countries, They couldn’t get it’s full support. This showed Serbia that the NAP formed with Chile / Argentina was being abused.

In retaliation to the attacks on Chile, the anti-asteria nations began attacking Romania in USA, with hopes to liberate USA from their captures. While initially the pro-Asteria countries seemed to be fighting an uphill battle, Serbia and Bulgaria finished their business with Chile and joined Romania in reclaiming lost territory in USA. The fighting even moved up to the canadian regions, Which Asteria was quick to secure.

Even though most the major fighting happened up in USA, there where plenty of battles that happened across the wider world. For example Bulgaria is pressing into Hungary’s main regions. France and Slovenia have been fighting Cyprus. Even Poland got involved and attacked Cyprus and Turkey.



“Where did eUK stand in all this?” Is a question that might be on some of your minds. We never officially supported either side, or were requested to. So it’s safe to say we took the neutral ground.

“Has this affected eUK?” Others might be wondering. Not really, we had a close call in our TW’s where some of the battles that were meant to be won where losing and vice versa. But these problems were resolved with timely communications thanks to Huey. This was caused by fighters from both sides joining the main war, which led to eUK struggling to maintain domination in our RW’s.

“Could we have got more involved?” The more curious people might be asking. Not really, We could have attacked a smaller nation that was involved. But we’d struggle to maintain our TW’s, and I’m sure most of you would have preferred to fight in the epic battles.



Just a quick word about our current TW agreements. As new players join and old players return, it’s important to keep you all informed on the current situation eUK is in. So, as a reminder here are our current agreements.

Macedonia

A training war with Macedonia rotated around South East of England, East of England and East Midlands. Macedonia wins directs and the UK wins RWs.

Bulgaria

A Training War with Bulgaria rotated around Wales, North West of England and West Midlands. Bulgaria wins directs and the UK wins RWs.


Romania

Romania remains in the UK in Yorkshire & Humberside and Scotland. There will be no direct war between the UK and Romania. This mean UK citizens with holding companies in Yorkshire & Humberside and Scotland will have use of Romania's resource production bonuses. Any RWs raise in these regions will be treated as TW opportunities which Romania will win.
