[MoF] Renting national orgs

Day 2,264, 23:09 Published in Japan Bulgaria by Sensha

Hello, this is a public appeal towards you, the eJapanese citizens.
As you may have seen in the title, it's topic is "Renting national organizations".

eJapan has a number of orgs that are currently unused.
Instead of idling them, I'd like to offer you the chance of using them yourselves.

This is allowed under the national constitution, Law "National Organization Rental". You can see it here.
This article was published July 2012, but the law may have existed even before, I do not know that. Neither do I know if our population is aware of its existance.

So I have decided to publish an article for it, just to be sure myself that some of you know about it 😃

To save some of your time, I will publish the sections of the law that concern the renting person(lesee) and the organizations.

First of all, it is the 1st of February and in 4 days there will be a new president and a new MoF. I plan to submit a list of the people interested to both.
Section I: Definitions

♦ Diet: eJapan's Congress.
♦ Executive: The Elected or Acting President of eJapan, and his/her Finance Ministry.
♦ National Organization: An open bank account in eRepublik affiliated with a particular eCountry that can post articles, receive and/or disburse public funds, and manage transactions on the monetary market.
♦ Lessee: Anyone who ‘rents’ a National Organization for a specific time period.

Section II, act 2.
The Executive will publish an article establishing rental terms, the price and security deposit for rental, and the criteria for lessee selection at the start of each month.

As I do not know what the next MoF thinks, I will consult with the CP candidates and their planned MoF and publish an article of their offers. Hopefully, I will do that before the elections. If not, I hope the next MoF will continue this article of mine.

Section II, act 3.
The executive maintains the right to unilaterally terminate a rental agreement with a lessee if illicit activity is suspected.

I think this is clear. Illicit = illegal, for anyone wondering.

Section II, act 4.
The rental agreement between executive and lessee is valid until the end of the current government mandate, the 6th of the month, 06:00 Erep Time . The lessee is responsible for taking his/her assets before the end of the rental time. Any asset found into the organization after its retrieval is considered state propriety and no refund is possible.

Section II, act 5.
If for any reason the rental is terminated prematurely, the lessee has 24 hours to make a claim for his assets. After that, all his claims expire and no refund is possible.

These 2 are pretty clear as well.

To make things clear, I have asked the eRepublic staff if this is allowed by the game rules (I just wanted to be sure) and yes, it is. Organization bans will only happen with illegal activities and multiple citizens logging in 1 org, but this reversible with a single ticket.

This article is purely informative. If any of you wish to rent an org, you are welcome to message me. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
