The current candidates are:
Masaharu Homma
kowalski_afc
Kazami Yuuka
I have sent a message to each of them to confirm things...
Masaharu Homma's proposed MoF is me. As such, I have decided the terms I will propose to anyone willing to rent an organization.
Price: 20 jpy a day. As it was stated in the law, each rental may continue until the end of the CP term, after which it may be renewed with the next Cabinet. So, the price for a full term would be a maximum of 600 JPY/ 3 gold.
The requirements for the lessees are as following:
1. The lessee shall not be part of the Personae Non Gratae list, defined by law.
2. The lessee shall document each and every action, done with the organization. The report shall be viewable by the MoF or CP at any time.
Other rules, of course, are the ones of the law itself.
This concludes my requirements.
As for the other candidates...
Kazami Yuuka has not replied to me, and kowalski_afc doesn't have a MoF in mind and has not proposed any terms. Apparently, he is still thinking over it. If he wins, there is the chance of him publishing his own terms.
Edit: I have removed the condition for the citizenship. I thought about it and I do not wish to judge anyone by the deeds of the Cp/Cabinet/Congress of his country.

Organization can buy or sell unlimited ammount's of gold and currency on monetary market. 🙂
Hmmmmmm... It's not what we talked about. I didn't said that I don't have MoF and i already gave you some terms.

"You can put me on that place, if you need anyone. In any way, orgs are controlled by CP in bottom line 🙂 ". This is how I understood it, together with you not submitting a MoF. You said you wanted to rent some, but not all of the orgs - this is set by law; at least 3 orgs should be held by the MoF. And just saying that you want to impose some sort of control is not enough to be considered a condition. I asked you for your conditions and prices, even sent you my own to compare, yet you still did not give me anything...

Also, I'm sorry because of misunderstanding. I said to put me, not because i don't have MoF, but because CP is controlling orgs in any way, not MoF. Maybe i don't want to discover all my cards before elections? What you think?

And by the way, even if the rental is stopped prematurely, the lessee has time to draw out everything.
600 JPY a month for an org is a bad deal for the state, IMO. Ain't worth the risk and you don't have that many orgs.
There are small countries that would be willing to pay more if you bother to enter negotiations. But the main problem remains credibility. The word of a MoF that may or may not be MoF tomorrow isn't credible enough.

Well, the MoFA says a complete list can't be given and that we probably face a lot of changes in our Foreign Affairs, so I have decided to remove the condition for the reasons explained in the "Edit".
Who is responsible for this kind of transaction? When people can send their offers.
Please explain your question... What transaction are you asking about?
I mean- is ORG rent responcibility of future CP or MoE. Will you show a list with names of people who want to rent ORG. Can you tell us since what date people are allowed to send you a rent proposal. If there are more rent proposal which one will be concidered as the best one ?

Each rental continues until the end of the current term. Right now, it is until 5th of March. For the next term, to continue your rental, you will have to speak to the future CP. However, when the contract ends (at the end of term), you are supposed to remove all your money from the org; if you let them stay there after the contract has ended, you will lose them. I wish officialy ask for candidates in the next article, but no one has spoken to me yet. There are plenty of orgs available for rent, but if there are more candidates than organizations... I am not sure myself. I suppose eJapanese citizens will receive priority. Other than that, I am not sure myself.
