Join the new world

Dear eAustrian people,

This month I'm going to be Minister of Education. Thanks for giving me the chance to. I will publish 3 interviews. The first one with yst31, our president.


INT:
yst31, you are now President of eAustria, what are your first impressions of your new job?

yst31:
First of all I want to say thanks for this interview,I use to do interviews myself and it's a bit strange to be interviewed but it's a great pleasure.About the presidency,the only word I can find to describe it is Awesome,I love it,when you are candidate to be the president you never really think you can win(unless you're the only candidate ;P),but when you finally get it,it's great.When you know the results,and you start to receive all the congratulations from a lot of different countries is wonderful.But also it's not a place that anybody can hold because you have an enormous quantity of things to do,and Austria is not a big country I can't imagine how many things the presidents of bigger countries has to do.In addition I want to say that if the work is done in a good way you get a great reward,see your country progressing and be part of the history of that country.

To finish with this question,I think it's necessary to say that in this position you can see all the things that other people maybe can't,for example the job done by the Ministry of Immigration,if you're a person who just work and fight or are involved in politics in a minor level you can't see the process and i can say that the work done by LarsUlrich87 is essential and totally fair for all the people who want the CS and of course our allies,many people say our best allies are....but if you are the CP or a minister you can see why everybody says that,in my personal experience,Slovakia and Slovenia are a great support for us and I'm proud to say that we are good friends,of course there are a lot of countries which are also great but that two countries is the ones I have the possibility to know better.Sorry for the long answer,people from the AFA and the ASM also suffers my unbearable speeches ;P

We all love your speeches (😁). Can you tell us your poltical career in eRepublic?

yst31:
I started as Secretary General of the ASM (thanks to wschwabe) in October of 2012,I started to play in September of the same year so nobody knew me and it's was a bit strange being in that position knowing that I just got one month of experience,with time Iconsolidated myself in my party first and then when I felt ready to have a more important role in the society I presented a request to be in the first Schwrzwolf's cabinet,he give me a place in the MoE and i started to work with GazonkFoo to help new people to adapt to Austria.

Things seemed to be quite calm but then everything started to change,after your(Krenny😵 resignation to continues as PP I became the PP of the ASM and then surprisingly the Cp,if I am honest,I had quite different plans for this month but with the support of GazonkFoo I reached the presidency and I don't regreat it at all.


INT:
An impressing career. What does it take to be a Party- President?

yst31:
In my opinion,you need to do everything you can to help your party,you don't need to be the Vice-president,Councillor or have any other position to be a good PP,you just need to have a great plan and dedicate some time to your party.In my case,I'm always trying to do my best for the ASM,I know all our members and I know who leave the party if somebody do it (sound creepy 😃 ) and if somebody of it is doing anything special,if he/she has any project or write any article I try to support him/her as much as I can,I also try to have good relations with other parties especially our comrades from the ACP 😉 who are always welcome.


INT:
What are the tasks for a congressmember?

yst31:
You know,many people asks me this question when I'm trying to promote them to the congress,you don't need to be a super-human to be a congress-member,I think you just need to be trustful and be responsible in your decisions.Congress members votes and propose laws,and when you do it you have two options follow your parties line or go by yourself,both ways are correct but I think the essential thing of being in the congress is take your decisions but also listen to people like the Cp or the ministers because they don't propose laws just because they are bored,they do it because they are maybe negotiating with other countries or have some special forecast for a better future.The same happens with the CS,trust and responsibility,if somebody want the CS a person who is in the congress just need to give the interested person a form and he may fill it and his case will be revised by the ministry of Immigration which grants a fair conditions to everybody.


INT:
How important is it, in your opinion, to be member of a party?

yst31:
Humans in general are a political animal and I think that be part of a party,as well as a member of a MU,gives you a certain sociability and knowledge about the current situation of your country and the things that surrounds you.In my opinion parties are indispensable for the correct evolution of a country and if you are in one of them you're also part of that progress.


INT:
Are there any advises you can give new players, who want to be successful in politics.

yst31:
Really I don't think that I am the best person to give anybody any advise,I just think that if anybody wants to be a succesful politician,he will be a succesful politician,no matter your ideology ( if you're not too extremist ;P ) it's just matter of your dedication and how bad do you want it,it's simple if you want something you will found the ways and the tools you need to achieve it if you're not interested in being active in politics you will never be succesful in that task.

Diesen Monat wurde mir die große Ehre zu Teil MoE zu sein. Ein großes Dankeschön hierfür.
Ich habe 3 Interviews geplant, mit den Titeln: Auf dem Weg zum... Heute Episode 1: Politiker. Mit yst31!

INT:
yst31, du bist nun Präsident eÖsterreichs, was sind deine ersten Eindrücke?

yst31:
Am Anfang möchte ich mal bedanken, für dieses Interview. Normalerweise interviewe ich selbst, also ist es ein wenig komisch selbst interviewt zu werden, aber es ist mir eine große Freude. Zur Präsidentschaft: Das einzige Wort, das dies beschreiben kann ist „Klasse!“, ich liebe es, wenn du dich der Wahl stellst glaubst du nicht wirklich, dass du gewinnen kannst (außer natürlich, du trittst als einziger an 😛 ), aber wenn du es schlussendlich geworden bist, ist es genial. Wenn das Ergebnis bekannt ist, und die Gratulationen von verschiedenen Ländern eintrudeln— das ist ein wunderbares Gefühl. Es ist aber kein Job für jedermann, es gibt viele Dinge zu tun, und eÖsterreich ist nicht mal ein großer Staat, Ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, wie viele Dinge Präsidenten der großen Staaten zu erledigen haben. Hinzufügen möchte ich noch, dass wenn du deine Sache gut machst, du eine großartige Belohnung erhältst. Du siehst wie sich das Land entwickelt und wirst zu einem Teil der Geschichte des Landes.

Um diese Frage zu beenden, glaube ich, ist es notwendig zu erwähnen, dass man in dieser Position sieht, wie viele Dinge erledigt werden, die andere vielleicht nicht sehen. Ein Beispiel: Die Arbeit die vom Minister für Integration erledigt wird. Wenn man einfach nur kurz online ist, kämpft und arbeitet, oder nur gering mit Politik zu tun hat, sieht man die Mechanismen nicht, und ich kann sagen, dass die Arbeit, die von LarsUlrich87 erledigt wird, unbedingt nötig und ausgesprochen fair, für alle die die CS beantragen, ist. Und natürlich unsere Verbündeten. Man hört viele sagen: Unser wichtigster Verbündeter ist… Aber wenn du selbst Präsident oder Minister bist, erkennst du warum dies viele sagen. Meiner persönlichen Erfahrung nach zu urteilen, würde ich sagen, dass Slowenien und Slowakei eine wichtige Stütze für uns sind und ich kann stolz sagen, dass wir uns sehr gut verstehen. Natürlich gibt es noch sehr viele andere Verbündete die uns sehr unterstützen, aber diese zwei sind nun mal jene, mit denen ich am meisten Kontakt haben durfte. Entschuldigt die lange Antwort, die von den AFA und ASM müssen unsäglich leiden bei meinen Reden 😛

INT:
Wir lieben deine Reden (😁). Kannst du uns deine Laufbahn, als Politiker in eRepublic, beschreiben?

yst31:
Ich begann als Generalsekretär der ASM (Danke an wschwabe), im Oktober 2012. Ich begann erst im September zu spielen, so kannte mich kaum jemand und es war ein wenig merkwürdig diese Position inne zu haben, mit nur einem Monat Erfahrung. Mit der Zeit habe ich mich in der Partei gut eingefunden und ich fühlte mich bereit für eine wichtigere Rolle in der Gemeinschaft. Ich fragte bei Schwrzwolf an, um einen Platz im Ministerrat. Ich bekam den Platz als MoE und arbeite zusammen mit GazonkFoo daran neue Spieler in eÖsterreich einzuführen.
Alles schien sachte dahinzuplätschern, bis du (Krenny😵 deinen Rücktritt als PP bekannt gegeben hast. Und so wurde ich PP und später, überraschenderweise CP. Um ganz ehrlich zu sein hatte ich ganz andere Pläne für diesen Monat, aber Dank der Unterstützung GazonkFoo’s erreichte ich die Präsidentschaft und diesen Schritt bereue ich nicht im Geringsten.

INT:
Eine beeindruckende Laufbahn. Was braucht es,um ein Partei- Präsident (PP) zu sein?

yst31:
Meiner Meinung nach, musst du bereit sein alles zu tun um deiner Partei zu helfen, du musst vorher nicht Stellvertreter oder Generalsekretär gewesen sein, um ein guter PP zu werden. Es reicht einen guten Plan zu haben und manchmal deiner Partei vorstehst. In meinem Fall, Ich versuche mein Bestes für ASM zu geben. Ich kenne alle unsere Mitglieder und weiß sofort, wenn einer die Partei verlässt (klingt ein wenig creepy 😃) und wenn jemand etwas Besonderes vor hat, versuche ich Sieihm oder Ihmsie tatkräftig zu unterstützen. Ich versuche auch gute Beziehungen zu anderen Parteien aufzubauen bzw. zu halten, im Besonderen mit unseren Kumpels aus der ACP 😛, die immer herzlichst willkommen sind.

INT:
Was sind die Aufgaben eines Kongressmitgliedes?

yst31:
Du musst wissen, viele Leute fragen mich das, wenn ich sie für den Kongress anwerben will, du musst kein Über-Mensch sein um ein gutes Kongressmitglied zu sein. Ich glaube du musst vertrauenswürdig und verantwortungsbewusst in deinen Entscheidungen sein. Kongressmitglieder stimmen für Gesetze und schlagen auch selbst Gesetzesänderungen vor. Nun hast du die Wahl: folgst du die Linie deiner Partei, oder machst du dein eigenes Ding? Beide Wege sind richtig, aber ich betone das es wichtig ist, dass wenn du Entscheidungen triffst du auch auf den Rat des CP oder den der Minister hörst, denn jene schlagen nicht aus Langeweile Gesetzesänderungen vor, sie machen es um besser mit anderen Ländern agieren zu können, oder einen wichtigen Vorteil dadurch in unserer Zukunft sehen. Das Gleiche passiert mit CS (Staatsbürgerschaft), Vertrauen und Verantwortung sind unentbehrlich. Wenn jemand CS beantragen möchte, gibt ihm einfach ein Kongressmitglied ein Formular, wenn er dies ausfüllen sollte wird er zum Ministerium für Immigration weitergeleitet, welches sein Formular durchsieht und ihm eine faire Chance gewährleistet, Teil eÖsterreichs zu werden.

INT:
Wie wichtig ist es, deiner Meinung nach, Mitglied einer Partei zu sein?

yst31:
Menschen sind generell „Zoon Politicons“ ( Ich hoffe yst31, verzeiht mir, dass der Philosoph, mit mir durchgegangen ist 😃), und ich glaube Teil einer Partei, sowie auch Teil einer MU ( Armee) zu sein, gibt einem die Chance Teil der Gemeinschaft zu sein, sowie auch immer auf Draht zu sein. Meiner Meinung nach, sind Parteien unverzichtbar für die Entwicklung eines Landes und wenn du Mitglied bist, bist du auch Teil dieser Entwicklung.

INT:
Gibt es noch irgendwelche Ratschläge die du jungen Spielern mitgeben kannst, auf ihren Weg in die Politik?

yst31:
Ich glaube wirklich nicht, dass ich die beste Person bin, um jemanden Ratschläge zu geben. Ich glaube einfach, wenn wirklich du ein erfolgreicher Politiker sein willst, wirst du ein erfolgreicher Politiker, egal welche Richtung du bevorzugst (solange sie nicht zu extrem ist 😛 ). Es liegt ganz allein an deiner Hingabe und wie sehr du es möchtest. Es ist eigentlich ganz einfach. Wenn du etwas wirklich willst, findest du immer Wege und Mittel dies auch zu bekommen. Interessiert dich die Politik nicht wirklich, wirst du nie erfolgreich hierin sein.
