Greeting Prosperity to all People around the world, this is 3rd edition of my program eNorway Alt for Norge, today i will inform you tutorial about House
TUTORIAL HOUSE
Once a House is in a citizen's inventory it needs to be activated before the citizen gets the benefits from the House. A House that has been activated can not be sold on the marketplace.
A House can be deactivated and re-activated at any time. Keep in mind that when deactivating a House its durability will be consumed in 1 hour increments. For example, deactivating a House after using it for 1 hour and 3 minutes will consume 2 hours of its durability.
Like all products, it can be purchased on marketplace.
A citizen can have one house of each quality activated at any time.
House qualities
The effectiveness of houses depend on their quality.
A house's quality level determines three characteristics: durability (in days), energy bonus and recoverable energy bonus:
Q1: 7 days, +50 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q2: 7 days, +80 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q3: 7 days, +100 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q4: 7 days, +150 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q5: 7 days, +200 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
House durability determines how many days it may be reused before having to be disposed of. On the other hand, energy bonus determines how much energy points the house provides to the citizen.
Citizens will receive 1 Overtime Point for each different quality active house per hour that it remains active. For example, if a citizen has 3 active houses (q1,q2,q3) they will receive 3 Overtime Points per hour.
Activation
To activate an house : you need to go to your storage and click on the house you want to activate. After confirm your intention (a bit like activate a booster on the battlefield) : your house is activated and give you the ability to stock more energy
Also : you can only have 1 house active (you can’t have active 1 Q1 and 1 Q2 or 2 Q2) … and you can’t sell on the market a house who was activated (even only during a time lapse of 3 seconds).
You can also deactivate your house. In that case, it is the same way then activate one. But keep in mind that if you deactivate it after using it during 3h05 => 4h will be removed.

Just a tiny thing you need to rework:

You can have more than one house of the same quality activated at the same time, but it won't give you more overtime points/hour or additional increase of your energy pool. It will instead add up to the durability.
Example:
You activate 2 Q1 houses
You get:
1 OP/hour
50 Energy increased Health pool
336 hours Durability (168x2)

Eraclev, how do you recomend using the house. letting it be active all the time or turn it off and on? if the latter, when ish?
