[MoD] Official Ministry of Defence Orders - Fight RED in Resistance War!

We here in South Africa currently have three of our regions occupied by Brazil - Brazil have agreed to give two of these regions back - we need to fight RED in the resistance war to return them to South Africa.

Why our regions are occupie
At first, Brazil tried a PTO (political take-over) on South Africa, before the eSA-Indonesia war. They all joined the Socialist party under the reign of Ryan Dagari and tried to get a majority in congress (meaning they could impeach our president).
The Brazilians failed at this, quite badly.
South Africa were now in danger of being completely overrun - after one of our neighbours tried to PTO us, and Indonesia refusing to negotiate on the regions of ours we already held, South Africa made preparations to go to war with Indonesia.
South Africa declared war, for which we wanted support from ATLANTIS.
This declaration of war came during the Country President elections, and Indonesia again tried to PTO us - and again South Africa won, Gabriel Borien (the South African candidate), winning the elections by a mere two votes.
The congressional elections, however, were not right for South Africa - Hungary tried to PTO Spain, another ATLANTIS nation, which meant we had no allies to help protect us from PTO. Therefore we lost badly, our president was impeached, and our regions were shared out between Brazil and Indonesia.
But here we are today, with two of our own regions back, both with Q5 hospitals - and due to some bloody fantastic negotiating by people such as Ines Schumacher, Oceanus and Steven Bosch, Brazil are set to give us two more.
This will be done by us starting a resistance war, where all Brazilians and South Africans will FIGHT RED, thus handing the region over to South Africa once more!
Work as a team and fight RED.

Exilious, I named this org and this paper back in the day when I was Minister of Defence. I may use American speaking English, but I spell things the British way: colour, grey, so on.

The only way i see that this helps the eSA besides some gold for the congress elections is if eSA gets gautang back. The high diamonds will help but if eSA gets that region then eSA will gain a resource that it doesn't have. Grain. Even if its only medium it would drop food prices by even a little bit and keep the eSA from relying on imports from other countries to feed the populace. Other then that i see very little reason to get the other 2 regions back
When is the battle scheduled to start?
It has been postponed until after the elections.
