[King] Henri is back... to claim what is rightfully His?

Hail to the One True King, Henri, the Eleventh of His Name, King of the Dutch Peoples, Lord of the Twelve Provinces and Protector of the Realm
In the Name of Unity, Solidarity and Peace, my beloved peoples,
I have returned upon you, to serve you and our prestigious nation. Today, I speak to you in a different tone than you normally expect from me.
My beloved peoples, today I ask your acceptance for the title which haven't been used for a long time, because a rightful heir of Kordak, the First of His Name (God rest His soul), remained absent. Today, with your permission, I lay claim on the Dutch Throne.
Indeed, I too have been absent for quite a while, for my real life demanded me to temporarily refrain from my activities as ruler of the eNetherlands. However, I have returned to remain and to serve you once again, as Father of the Realm.
In the next days, again with your permission, I am to assign royal titles to current political entities, just as Kordak did under His reign. I swear by the Old Gods and the New, that I shall only speak to you in this sense through my personal herald (in other words, I won't be like this in the government newspapers
With that, there remains nothing else to say. I thank you for your consideration. May God bless the Kingdom of the eNetherlands!!
