The Radical Economic Manifesto
Reserves
1. Build reserves of 2 million cc.
There is nothing more crucial than building up a large amount of reserves. We need reserved to manage and control the economy, the capitalist markets are unstable and dangerous. And we need money to defend ourselves and out allies, as well as helping younger citizens.
Our money will be very well distributed and kept with citizens who are deemed as trust worthy by Congress. This prevents theft of our money which we have seen in the past. Without reserves a country cannot effectively manage its economy.
Markets
1. A Command economy.
The constant fluctuating instability that the current system offers is a problem. What we need is a force to stabilise products. Who should fix market prices? Well such a task should not be done by an unelected body, as a movement the IMT will try to stabilise the economies of the eWorld, however we need the government to act now.
2. Free Interest loans.
Once the Capitalist Market has been ended it will be safer for citizens to invest in factories and Companies. To assist the demand for engaging in economics the Government needs to act. This should be done in the form of interest free loans to players. This will increase personal wealth and overall tax income.
3. An International Command Economy.
We should implement a Command Economy as soon as possible. However we in the International Marxist Tendency believe in International Socialism. And we should support and encourage every nation (and alliance) to take control of their own economy. Ideally this would involve a Socialist Alliance being created helping each other to end a market driven economy.
Tax and Wealth Distribution
1. Highest Workers Tax possible
This is the start of the building of a revolutionary movement. Therefore in order to create a Socialist Society our initial policies need to be more radical to combat the vast inequality. Therefore we will be pushing for Workers tax to be at its maximum level.
This is a drastic measure however we need to begin building up our reserves. We can either implement austerity and make cuts or we can increase taxes. As radical Socialists we choose to acquire the money through taxation rather than make cuts to government spending.
2. Import tax on all items 100%.
If a state has enough citizens producing items on the market without the need for foreign sellers, then there is no need to allow foreign sellers to affect our markets. When the government manages the economy we will be able to ensure that prices are fair, without the need of foreign competition. This also had added benefits of keeping money circulating around the country. If you cannot produce enough of a single comodity then you can open up tax free trade with other socialist countries
3. VAT increase
Once again we need drastic tax raising measures to be able to reach an acceptable level of reserves, to manage a socialist economy.
Helping the poor
1. Tax Rebate for the poor.
We need to increase taxes. BUT we will be providing tax relief for people in need. Our tax increase is to build reserves and distribute wealth from the top to the bottom. You have Militants word that the tax increases will not hit Military Unit Suppliers or poor citizens.
2. Economic support for New Players
This game is hard for new players, to combat this all governments should help to deliver economic assistance for new players. To avoid wasting state resources on multi accounts and people who will soon stop playing we advise handing out to people 3-5 months old.

Congratulation for Doing this, and thanks for figuring out how to to it. Always wondered about how to to these things in game, your proposal are quite obviously though, but good for you trying to figure it out and make it clear. I am always interested in these things.
Now for countries more in the middle we can work out our own system. 😉
"1. Highest Workers Tax possible
This is the start of the building of a revolutionary movement. Therefore in order to create a Socialist Society our initial policies need to be more radical to combat the vast inequality. Therefore we will be pushing for a 10% Workers tax."
Noobs 😛
That is indeed wrong xD
We have a 15% at the moment and some people is arguing they are "too low". Maybe we are even more Marxists than the movement itself xD
You forgot the glorious slaughter of the bourgeoisie
Fantastic proposal and agenda. The best ever article.o7

rad my dude
This is true Red Dragon o/
hey buddy. interesting idea but i see numerous holes in the proposal. The best part is to have currency reserves held by the top most trusted citizens, this perfectly protects funds from a PTO.
other than that, the ideas are interesting but require further development. the ideals are nice but practical implementation is near impossible. there are a few that might work after a lot of fine tuning but there is a reason that the capitalist market driven economy outpaces all communist attempts. capitalism is antifragile and grows stronger from chaos. communism is fragile and requires constant work to maintain and enforce. humans are selfish so a system which is founded upon selfishness will flourish while an ideal system where wealth is shared is doomed to destruction and the citizens are doomed to suffering if it is ruthlessly enforced.
that said, if you can find a way for selfishness to promote sharing for the greater good, it might work, but it would have to include immediate selfish rewards for such behavior. talk to me about this on skype, i would like to nit-pick your whole proposal so that you can cut out the trash and find what is solid.
nice to see economic ideas in articles.
