[Fed Papers] Tenshibo's Side of the Story

Over Christmas, the eUS Congress voted to impeach Speaker of the House Tenshibo, relating to his decision to censure SFP member Franklin Stone from the private congress forum. The SFP's press wrote several articles in the run up to the Congress election detailing what happened from their point of view.
This issue divided our party. The pro-impeachment group's arguments won out - Tenshibo was impeached, after all - but I was interested to find out what those against impeachment, and Ten himself had to say.



Gabrielz_Horn, who voted No, said that it was justified to censure FS:

"The thread that was in question was the one for Voting for SoH in the first place. There were alot of arguments from Franklin Stone trying to get Rainy Sunday's vote invalidated because she was voting for Tenshibo. She altered the font to make it really small and Franklin must have either taken offense because he is blind or literally wanted to silence her out of spite."



I took Gabrielz' claims to Tenshibo and his answer is as follows:

What was it that made you decide Franklin Stone should be censured from Congress?

I don't like him, and it was the end of the term. So I did it just to piss him off and create drama. It was hilarious and totally worth it.

So it was an end-of-term prank almost. Were any important votes made by Congress in the time Franklin was censured?

Sort of. And there were important votes, but they all passed and reached quorum with no issues whatsoever, so his lack of presence mattered not.

The SFP basically say that this proves the 'forum elites' run the game and they are victims of this tyranny. Are you a forum elite?

Absolutely not. Ask any one of importance, they'll tell you I'm just a troll who on occasion lucks out and gets some buttons he gets to use to fuck around with. Maybe I used to be, back in the day, but most certainly not anymore.

Did your actions harm the Federalist Party in any way, even if just by giving ammunition to our opponents?

Depends on who you ask. If you ask Orik it did. But Orik is irrelevant to the party. Ask anyone in party leadership they didn't care and found it hilarious.

What do you think about SFP members calling for you to be banned from ever being SoH again?

It's ironic and asinine. They're against blacklisting members who've betrayed America by overthrowing the dictator, against blacklisting of people who break IES laws...they've even supported the removal of Ajay Bruno from the blacklist despite his work in bringing in hundreds of Serbs to PTO us. But they're for Blacklisting me because I censured Franklin? Hahaha that's great.



Oh and there's been a coup (or 'coop' geddit?) since doing this interview. How exciting.
