Vision
A dynamic, people-centred organization achieving sustainable human and social development.

Mission
The Mission of Ministry of Population that have theme "Helping, Empowering, and Transforming" is :
To lead in the enhancement of lives, with emphasis on the vulnerable, through a network of integrated, effective and accessible social services.

Based on ::
1. Developing systems, strategies and programmes to realize positive attitudes and behaviour in the citizenry;
2. Fostering peace, harmony and social justice through programmes such as community mediation;
3. Fostering good governance through the promotion of participatory development approaches;
4. Delivering social services and providing social support for vulnerable groups, towards sustainable enhancement of their well-being.


WORK PROGRAM

1. Making research, charts, so the government will have a better knowledge of their country and population. Among these graphs include:
- Research electoral
- Opinion Polls
- National Census

2. Making survey, survey about what our populations need and what they want from our government. This will make government easy to know what their populations need

3. Making contest for Article of the week, the winner will be get some money from Government. This will make our media more alive.

5. Keep contact with newbe and baby, I'm one of 3 new official mentor of eSwitzerland so it will make me easy to know new player in eSwitzerland and i can contact them as soon as they born on eSwitzerland and i will make a note for that new baby is they ban, level up, active or dead.

6. Making some thread, on some eSwitzerland forum to invite some new people to play this game and maintain they to active.

7. Make some mass PM to all Party on eSwitzerland to maintain communication between party so we can fix all internal problem on our country.

OUR GOAL

The mission of the Minister Populations on eSwitzerland Service is to study how is our population and what we can to better the life of eSwiss citizens. Based to in game things. And make our citizen keep active on government or in media and keep communications between gov and the citizen.
