Fellow Citizens

We are proud of introducing the Tutors Program for March 2020. Here, Ithilwen, your Minister of Education will coordinate the Program.

It consists of teaching a new eSwiss Citizens --or those who have started but need orientation-- regarding different modules of eRepublik (Military, Business, Political or Journalistic). The Tutor will be an experienced player.

The guide and tutorship will end when the tutor evaluates the student can go on without any guide or when the student decides to finish his participation in the program.





TUTOR’S DUTIES

-Communicate periodically with your Student.
-Be patient and respectful with the Student.
-Solve any questions he has, give clear examples (using screenshots too).
- Advise him as he sees fit or as requested by his Student.
-Communicate with the Minister of Education constantly to report the progress of your Student.


STUDENT’S DUTIES

-Ask for advice when you consider.
-Report to the Minister of Education any discomfort with your Tutor.
-Communicate with the Minister if she communicates with you.
-Get along with your Tutor, be respectful and answer the messages, be on time in the agreements of class times.


WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

Like a student
Any eSwiss citizen under level of experience 26 (can have exceptions)

Like a Tutor
Any eSwiss or Foreign Citizen willing to help
