Dear citizens of eIreland,
There will be some changes in the training wars because of the new determination rule. Croatia will come to the place of Greece and Greece will go to the place of Croatia in UK. Otherwise everything will remain the same, so probably the rental of Dublin will continue and training war between Croatia and Ireland will be in the regions of Louth and Wexford. Dublin is still rented for the use of Greek-Croatian TW, so please do not start RWs in Dublin!
Croatia is already in Dublin and Greece is in Wales
To those who have companies on Croatian territory, I don't know what to do, the new rule forces Greece and Croatia to change TW partners. For Croatia this means two TWs one with Ireland and one with Greece. It's not easy for them to find TW partners so this is how we can help. I hope less people will have problem than previously because most regions Croatia had in USA have been trasferred to other countries.
We signed a rental agreement with France. Ireland rents them the deer, France rents us fish, fruits and cattle. In Ireland this increases food bonus by 15%, in France by 30%. The procedure is extremely slow and overcomplicated. The voting process takes place in the two countries consequtively, so to approve a law takes 48 hours, and new law cannot be proposed as long as the previous one wasn't approved which means it takes 6 days to approve 3 concessions.
Allies
The new rules will lead to changes in the situation of our allies. In some cases the occupants have already replaced each other, in other cases we will have to wait to see what will they do.
Greece is divided between Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and Romania. The new determination is close to 6 against Romania in all regions.
Hungary has been liberated and started a TW with Slovenia. The new determination in RWs is between 2.48 and 2.99 against Serbia in the regions formerly held by Serbia and around 2 against Romania in the regions formerly held by Romania. However for some reason determination when attacked is much lower.
South Korea is occupied by Serbia and Bulgaria, only Gyeongsangnam-do is
liberated. The new determination is around 2 for Serbia and above 4 for Taiwan.
Croatia is hosting TW with Russia on its original regions. The new determination is between 1.5 and 2 against Russia in the TW regions and close to 6 against Serbia in North Dalmatia and South Dalmatia that now belong to Serbia. At the same time Croatia is occupying USA and Taiwan and airstriked Portugal in Venezuela.
Venezuela is now renting rubber to Croatia. Venezuela has a determination close to 6 against Portugal in many of its regions.
Australia is occupied by Iran, Bulgaria and also by Romania and Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). New determination against Iran and Bulgaria are around 3 in Western Australia and Northern Territory, and still above 4 against Peru in most regions.
Changes in USA occupation
Because of the changes in rules the USA occupation zones have been modified too. As new occupants, Albania and Cyprus arrived from the anti-Asteria side and France and Cuba from the Asterian side.

District of Columbia will be kept by the USA. On the regions of Bulgaria and Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) no changes have been made until now. The new determination against Bulgaria and Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) is around 4 in the regions they hold. I am sure there will be more changes that we can't see in advance.
