Minister Henri walks in to the room, to the microphone

My fellow Dutchmen and -women,

Drastic times call for drastic measures. The past month our beloved country has been invaded and occupied by a brutal aggressor. I cannot see how we have wronged them so bad, that they have had to wipe us of the map. But I can tell you, beloved fellow citizens, that I shall not rest until OUR tri-colored banners are waving in the skies of the Low Countries again. But for that, I will be needing my old spot as Country President again.

First things first, the following names are on my governmental ticket:

President: Henri XI
Vice-President: Gwom
Presidential Advisor: Shawtyl0w

Minister of War: flo rida20
State-Secretary of War: Arcanic Mindje
War Advisor: Weekstrom

Minister of Foreign Affairs: Arcanic Mindje
State-Secretary of Foreign Affairs: Nanashi Senshi

Minister of Finance: Trannsvaal

The Cabinet is small, but in my eyes this is a sufficient War-cabinet. You may have noticed that I have turned the Ministry of Defence into a Ministry of War. My fellow citizens, I am about to show our Mexican friends that we are not just a small community that one can easily mess with and get away with it. On the long-term we will have the best strategy and we will have the strongest allies.

My fellow citizens, this government is one in exile. I am addressing you from our secret Headquarters in Brussels. Please understand that I cannot explain our strategy to retake our territories just yet. You have put blind trust in me in the past, I can only ask of you to do that again.
And remember, brothers and sisters, keep your heads HIGH! The tide IS turning, we will soon have the upper hand! After that, things will go faster than you expect. I'm going to give everything I have to OUR FATHERLAND LIBERATED by the end of my term!!
