[Congress] Citizenship Applications

Congress has two citizenship applications to deal with. They both seem like obvious applications to approve so Woldy could just accept them. If anyone has any objections please share them below. They are both previous eUK citizens if you don't know them.

It is interesting where we go with Citizenship with the meta legislation removed* which I'm assuming includes the Citizenship Act as this would result in the Citizenship Committee being disbanded.

*If/when FightAndProduces' motion to abolish meta and essentially return to the normal political mechanics in eRepublik is ratified.

Does this mean "One congress member can approve only certain number of citizenship requests, which is that 10% divided by number of congress members. For a country with 10 000 citizens and 40 congress members, this would mean that one congressman can approve 0.1 * 10 000 / 40 = 25 citizenship requests."?

I think for the eUK this equates to 1.65 citizenship passes per member of Congress... so rounded up that would be two citizenship passes per member of Congress to petition Mr Woldy with? or is there still place for a Citizenship Committee appointed by Congress to advise Mr Woldy on behalf of Congress?

I can see benefits and pitfalls of both systems.

From my perspective it looks like the meta abolishment is to be replaced with common sense reactions to game mechanics. I think that a section of Congress handling citizenship requests doesn't need meta to oversee their actions.
