ONE aircraft missile, with ONE usage costs about 300-350 cc. If your aerial damage is 100, for "only" 300 cc you are going to have a rocket that on that single shoot will last "whole" one time, thus, on that shot your damage will be 130. BRAVO!

Make the aerial industry a bit cost effective. Say, increase durability to at least 5 uses, Even thou, much better would be to have durability of about 15, so that someone may even have a reason to buy it.

Also - the damage percent of weapons by quality is maybe fine. But man - durability of 1 usage? Such a nonsense! You either use Q7, or don't waste money on weapon, right? Me too. Everybody too. And Everybody's brother too. I mean literally everyone! So, why do we have Q1 to Q6? Factories only... Ah...
Fix this dumb weapon system.
