Psychiatric Profile: Subject has self confidence problems. Unable to relate to adult females. Has been showing progressive tendencies to more serious paedophilic action. In 2005 he was sentenced to 7 year imprisonment. Subject underwent several rehabilitation programs. it was briefly felt that it was successful but subject has now committed another serious offence and a plea for long term imprisonment due to him being not being responding to rehabilitation. Subject has been on the Sexual Offenders list since 2003 SO#124567. No compliance with Sexual Offenders Act. Several case workers had to inform community of his status. After release from prison still no compliance.

Psychiatric Recommendation: Pursue long term imprisonment and place subject on dangerous Sexual Offenders List.

Recent Case study: Subject has gained the confidence of minor 3467 aged 12. The minor sent pictures of his buttocks to subject and subject shared this with an unknown British male going by the name mrConway.

Subject has left primary residence and current residence is unknown. Several warrants of arrests has been issued. Arrest on sight.

Subject has been spotted in Queens New York.
