Resistance War in Australia - Indonesian Assault Secures Region
certacito
eUK awakes this morning to the sad news that New South Wales is once more under Indonesian control.
The resistance movement crumbled finally in the early hours of Sunday morning (UK time) as hordes of refreshed and energised Indonesian troops fell upon the tired and depleted Australian and Allied troops.
Victory was reported in the Indonesian papers shortly after - http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/indonesia-s-new-south-wales-has-been-secured-by-indonesia-696656/1
Leading hero on the Australian Team was General Butnaru, (originally from eSlovakia) who now has a grand total of 478 fights recorded, 401 of which are 'super-fights' - who single-handedly contributed over 26 thousand fight points during the conflict.
So - the next question for the suppressed people of Australia is "Where do we go from here?'
Comments
Australians should talk to Indonesians
Butnaru= George Lemnaru 😉)
fight again!!!
Thats a good war everyone, hope it will encourage many players to play again 🙂
thanks for my great rival 🙂
Do not lose hope!
This is not the end but the start of a war that will not stop an till we have layed are foes below are feet.
The Austilrian flag shall be rised once again!
They should get more people involved in politics, and try and get as many people in Indonesian congress as possible.
Get other nations involved to secure the aussies right to freedom!!!
"Australians should talk to Indonesians"
Tried that didn't really work did it? Besides one battle lost is not the end of the world. It's just going to be a game who has the bigger Treasury Indonesia or ATLANTIS?
Assessment of the reasons for the loss is needed. No doubt the outcome will be that more financial backing, and more foreign support is needed. The resistance war did draw massive attention to the cause however, and the Australians should continue to ride the wave.
Why don't UK start a negotiation between Indonesia and Australia then?
For my dear fellow Australian: We need to open diplomacy once more, maybe with another eNations as our Mediator. Diplomacy is much much better than war
God Bless
We should fight for their freedom, our Country needs a challenge, I suppose many of our citizens don't know how to fight or have ever been in a fight, we should seize this opportunity as soon as we can- Long live the EUK!
Was a fun fight, shame I'm broke now though.
if a resistance war won't work, then established countries must wage war against Indonesia to sieze control of Australia from them. Once Australia has been liberated then a government can be set up etc and it can resume it's autonomous status.
Outright war is the only option left if Australia is to regain freedom.
@ FD
Correct me if I am wrong but werent the Aussies going to be given NSW under the proposal that came from the peace talks? Wasn't it Australian (and of course Indonesian) stubborness that lead to this Resistance War?
All Aussies had to do (again correct me if im wrong) was to join PEACE. If I was the leader of Indonesia i CERTAINLY would NOT allow Australia to be ATLANTIS... it would be a little too much, for Indonesia, to worry about having such a country that would drool at the propsect of reclaiming all their territory. They would have wanted to protect their interests by having Australia join PEACE... i better stop now... if i type anymore i might as well write my OWN article lol
@DonMogul
both are stubborn , our last offer like what was mentioned here
http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/offer-to-my-fellow-autralians-696177/1
we didn't ask them to join PEACE, but leave their ATLANTIS friend & only mpp with us(Indonesia)
it's kinda like "be my girlfriend & leave all of your current boyfriend"
sorry for my grammar 😛
Hohoho nice illustration you gave Renago 🙂
But it is true, both are stubborn, so forget the past. We can't change the past but we can make future. Still, diplomacy is the best solution i think.
In other words Australia have to be neutral on both ATLANTIS and PEACE and be friend with Indonesia, although its just one region then maybe in the future Indonesia will give you more. As they said in the first talk
No sovereign nation should have their foreign policy dictated to them by any other. An independent Australia must be free to make her own decisions, and ultimately her own mistakes too.
LETS SEND THE TROOPS FROM all the countries in atlantis to go to Indonesia and politically take it over 😛
@srachit: We are trying to diplomacy here and fix things up, but your comment just want to go war. Do you really think the war can solved everything?
