News feed change

Day 3,272, 11:18 Published in Croatia North Korea by William Thomas Riker

This is what my news feed looks like 95% of the time -.-

No, this one isn't about the emojis.

Do you remember the time when we had 3 shouts per day available? We had to use them rationally. We would advertise our articles once every 5 hours or so. Battle orders, trade offers, you name it. There was little or no spam (I'm not talking about shouts whose sole purpose was to spam).

Then came the unlimited possibility to post stuff all day long. And on top of that, every time somebody gets a medal, my news feed gets spammed. And I mean every fracking (rewatching BSG this month) time! And that's a lot, 'cause I have around 2000 friends, and a lot of medal hunters among them. Even better, whenever they get a medal, the section to publish it in the news feed is automatically ticked. And while some of them do enjoy virtual glory of letting everyone know they won a medal (dafuq) fighting for an enemy or in a insignificant battle, I guess most of them don't care and just click to accept the reward.

I mean, seriously, what's the purpose of those feeds? Battle Hero, Sky Hero, Campaign Hero, Resistance Hero, Mercenary, Top Fighter, True Patriot, Jesus Christ! Looks like the world is full of fracking heroes! Meaning, being a hero is no big deal, and thus unworthy of getting published in the news feed in the first place.
Crap, just publish all the goddamn medal winnings. And levels, ranks, decorations, rewards... and turn this into another FB where people publish when they eat and take a dump. Should I really start unfriending people for this?

Bottom line is nobody gives a shit if somebody won a medal. Remove that crap.
