Join the new world

Hello dear people,
First of all i want to thank all the people that helped me develop in the game and the community.
Onrop, jascha stark,filthy McNasty
And all the rest i forgot.
We might be a small community but we are small community that help each other.

Well i found myself as MoE and thats the time to open my newspaper so here is my first article.
So sorry but this is going to be long article.
One of the things i found most important in this game is the community and not the personal success in game.
So we agree we have a good community what next?
Next we have to make our community grow bigger!!
Yeh i know there reasons that new players leave that we have nothing to do with. This game can be sucks.
But if you read this you choose to play this game and our mission is to help and do the maximum we can to make this new players stay.
Its not only my job as MoE everyone can help. In the future i will ask some people to help me in some projects. So if you wish to help me write in comments.
I think the special thing i bring to MoE job is that i know both english and Hebrew. There is a very small group of people that speaks hebrew in our community and the reason is because even in the Israeli community everyone speaking in English. Thats one of things im going to change in game. There will be a lot more hebrew in the game so new players that speaking hebrew dont run away so fast. Of course i dont forget all the English speaking players but there a discrimination we have to fix.
In addition i will help ever new player to understand the game and become one of the community. We have to find the serious players that have potential to continue playing the game and help them with food and weapons cause the game dont help much to new players.

Its very important to me hear from the people here that are a lot more experienced what they think about all the new players thing.

אני רוצה להגיד קודם כל תודה לכל האנשים שעזרו לי להתקדם במשחק ובקהילה.

ולכל מי ששכחתי.
אנחנו אמנם קהילה קטנה אך קהילה קטנה שתומכת אחד בשני ועוזרת כל הזמן למי שצריך.

טוב אז מצאתי את עצמי שר החינוך וזה הזמן לפתוח עיתון אז הנה הכתבה הראשונה שלי.
אחד הדברים שמצאתי כחשוב במשחק זה הקהילה ולאו דווקא ההצלחה הפרטית של כל אחד במשחק. אז יש לנו אנשים טובים בקהילה זה סיכמנו מה הלאה?
הלאה צריך לגרום לקהילה לגדול!!
כן נכון שיש המון סיבות ששחקנים חדשים עוזבים שגם לא תלויות בנו המשחק הזה יכול הרבה פעמים לבאס. אבל כנראה שמי שקורא את זה בחר להישאר. התפקיד שלנו זה לעשות את המקסימום שאנחנו יכולים בשביל ששחקנים חדשים יישארו במשחק כמה שזה תלוי בנו.זה לא רק התפקיד שלי כשר חינוך זה תפקיד של כולם. בעתיד אני אבקש מכמה אנשים עזרה בפרויקטים עתידיים.אז אם אתם מוכנים לעזור תכתבו בתגובות.
אני חושב שהדבר המיוחד שאני מביא איתי לתפקיד זה ידיעה של שני השפות אנגלית ועברית. יש מעט שחקנים דוברי עברית במשחק ואחת הסיבות המרכזיות זה שאפילו בקהילה של ישראל מדברים כמעט רק באנגלית. זה אחד מהשינויים שאני הולך להכניס. הולך להיות פה הרבה יותר עברית במשחק כך ששחקנים חדשים לא יבהלו שכולם מדברים רק אנגלית. כמובן שאני לא מתכוון להזניח את החדשים דוברי האנגלית אך יש פה אפלייה שצריך לתקן.
בנוסף אני מתכוון לנסות לעזור לכל שחקן בתחילת דרכו להבין את המשחק ולהתחבר עם הקהילה שלנו. אני חושב שצריך לאתר את אותם האנשים שבאמת מתכוונים להישאר במשחק וגם להשקיע בהם לשלוח להם מזון ונשק ולעזור להם במשימות כי המשחק לא ממש תומך בשחקנים חדשים.

חשוב לי גם לשמוע דעות של אנשים שנמצאים כאן וחלקם מנוסים בכל העניין של שחקנים חדשים. אני מצפה לתגובות שלכם להערות הצעות וכו.
