Join the new world

So God created man in His own image; He created him in the image of God; He created them male and female.”

 God is an entrepreneur! Why am I saying that? That’s because He created everything from nothing. Like an entrepreneur. He made a Big Bang, a “small boom” because everything which is big, actually it is smaller than we think. Just imagine how you can hear a nuclear bomb exploding: just for few milliseconds, maybe you don’t have enough time to perceive it and then BOOM, your eardrum is destroyed. You hear nothing. He created everything and managed it to be what we are today.

We are made in the image of the Lord, we are like Him, so we are entrepreneurs. Probably this could be our first characteristic considering the Bible’s verse.

We know a lot of hypothesis which sustain that a great manager works only few hours per week. That’s true! Let’s see a real case. Steve Jobs is one of Apple’s founders. After few years Apple decided to fire him because he had a different opinion regarding the company’s management. And then what happened? They hired him back because they needed him, because he was the Creator and he knew better the work manner better than an engaged CEO.

The role of an entrepreneur after what the company has grown is to be a LEADER, to lead people to touch their objectives, to help them to achieve the fulfillment at work, to feel that they give and receive in same time; the person from whom people get answers and who can show them the right way.

OK, now to turn back to religion. We have a Creator, but step by step we tend to think that we can do better without Him. With God and Steve Jobs is same like with Earth and Apple: more employees have not seen Steve Jobs than people who interacted with him. That’s same with God.

Apparently we have two ways: business and religion. Actually… it’s only one because all ways are same. The difference is made by the “work subject”. Let’s look in business: if a company sells food or buildings or pills… there is also a management based on a strategy reported in a market. Religion was created to bring people together around a philosophical subject; to create the Unity because what we all need is Unity. To be all like one. To act like we want to receive. To love people and to help each other. Unfortunately, nowadays it becomes more a business, but we need to take what is good and not to criticize what is bad. WE are able TO DO things and then… let’s do them better!

But… what I want to say with all of these? I want to say that everything which looks big and impossible to do is similar with a simple thing. “That which is below is like that which is above & that which is above is like that which is below” (Hermes Trismegistus).

I conclude saying that a company is same like our world : with a Lord, with people around, with suppliers which provide us the raw materials, etc. Let’s act like God for our own lives!
