Dear fellow citizens, dear Congress,
as you know eSwitzerland is in danger. In the last days two countries were playing tricks on us while proposing us as Natural Enemy. But his could be real in the next time and a war could start.
Due to this the MoF invested over 200 Gold into the country account to sign new MPPs but unfortunately it seems that they were not needed.
Now we are supposed to donate the money back to the MoF which will invest the money into our army and all citizens who want to fight if Switzerland gets attacked. The money has to go back as fast as possible so we are more flexible.

So why don't you let the money on the country account? 😃😛
Money in the country account can be blocked by enemies with a peace proposal.
A country can't wipe us out of the map in one day. If we're attacked, we only have to donate the gold at this moment.
There is no need to give all this gold to the SCB.
But in fact, where are all the CHF and the gold the SCB had ? They disappeard.
Give this gold to the SNB, at least nothing is missing there.
A country does not only lose money when it gets wiped out, it loses money for every lost battle.
So if a foreign country proposes us as Natural Enemy they can ask an allied nation to block our money with a MPP-law before and a little time before the ending of the battle the money comes again into the country account and after losing the battle it goes to the winner country.
ALL PROPOSALS WITHOUT A DISCUSSION IN CONGRESS DESERVE AN IMMEDIATE NO VOTE.

There is discussion on the Congress forum, I ask you Rican to stop telling something what you do not know. You are not in Congress so you do not have access to some parts of the forum.
Also the money was and is property of the Swiss Confederation Bank and its goal is to be used for eSwitzerland's defense policy.
So we need it back in the organization account to invest it.

this constant moving of funds is an act of ongoing instability, it breeds uncertainty and loss of confidence.

Furthermore the MPP with Poland cost 120 Gold and we donated also 120G for a Romanian MPP (which was canceled).
