Can anyone tell me, why some pictures can be inserted in articles and some not? Are there any specific rules I have to check?

Number of votes received isn't quite correct but thats ingame bug. Tomorrow should be better. Results tend to mess up a bit on elections day and 2 days after.

P.S. I see in your 2nd comment that Luis already explained that you need to use pics with image extension (e.g. xyz.png or xyz.jpg)
And a hint for adding YouTube videos = you use only Ytb video ID in the ytb tag 😉
And if you want to center an image or text, use center tags (also open and closed)
