[MoFA] Irish-France Trade Deal

As you may have noticed, Irish-French Trade Deal has been approved by congress, and is definitely on! Here is the agreement:
Exchange of Resources Between Ireland and France
The nation of Ireland and the nation of France agree to exchange resources as described below.
Ireland shall concede the resource Deer from the region Cork to France, and France shall concede the resources Fruit and cattle from the region Auvergne, and Fish from the region Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur (hereinafter referred to as “PACA”) to Ireland.
There shall not be any other recompense, from either party to this treaty, for the aforementioned resources.
This agreement between France and Ireland is valid for 120 days, and may be renewed in 120 days with the public consent of both the Irish and French governments. The in-game laws to concede resources shall be enacted on the same day, by both governments, every 30 days, for the duration of this agreement.
In addition to the exchange of resources, the governments of France and Ireland agree to a 120 day NAP, and if any party to this treaty violates the NAP, the exchange of resources may be unilaterally stopped by the victimized party.
In addition, the governments of France and Ireland begin a cooperative defense agreement for the region of Cork, so long as both nations follow the prior portions of the treaty. If the region of Cork is attacked by another nation, the French government assures that they shall help to defend the region of Cork from the aggressor, for the entire duration of this agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed by France and Ireland, were Auvergne, PACA or Cork to be occupied by a foreign power, the original region owner shall pay back all the in-game payments received with regard to the rental agreement for the occupied period of time unless such foreign occupation has been caused by the other party to this agreement.
The deal will be considered active when the leaders of France and Ireland (as designated in eRepublik) have signed below, and will end 120 days after the signing.

A cabinet full of great men and then we have trito fisher who experience is that of an amateur who couldn't even keep a country together and brought more unrest in eIreland than I have ever seen.
Also does eIreland not have an actual newspaper you can post this in? Because posting it from your own useless account would make this a personal opinion and not a genuine deal. But then again I wouldn't put it past you to be so useless at your job and do something for your personal glory.
Rather see Krakken at MoFa than you. The man might be a clown but I am convinced even he would do tasks better than you could do.

Why would I bother answering to a person who is President of Belgium which is pretty much dead politically. When was the last time you stepped down from office? You have been in power since forever.
Can't get any one to run that will benefit Belgium or are you just protecting it because you were scared of No Paseran policies and excellent recruitment of members?
I have been in power since January, 2017, which is not forever, but that's a minor detail.

Could you offer more details on these deals? Like how its worth for both countries and how you end up agreeing them? (Have you done any calculation and if you did so, will you share it in public?)
