Hallo alle zusammen!!!



I would like to thank to everyone (Specially the presidents of KU, ÖIP, ACP and ASM) for this opportunity for nominate me as the next presidential candidate. Even considering that this candidacy is mainly symbolic, I want this also to represent something.

Several times, I wanted to be President. I am talking about the chaotic years of 2010-2012 when I was basically a teenager (Between 16-18 years old) Being President was one of the biggest honors I had followed in Erepublik (Now is Dictatorship, but I think I am not ready for that 😃 ). Now as I’m a more mature person, I understand why people didn’t wanted to support me on those crazy times, so I do not blame them on their decision, after all, those decisions helped me to grow.

I tried to be President 4 times 😃 in 3 different countries. 1 on which, I almost became one and I eventually got it, but in the middle of chaos. And unoficially 😃

So here is a story:



=== A story of intensity ===

Around Day 1,271 of the new world (Probably in late 2010) I was almost going to became President by a Mexican Party called “Alternativa” I was actually very excited. Then, someone called Gabranth Serge asked me politely to remove my candidacy so he can run.

A little context here: In Mexico around those times (And probably right now) The political parties works like in RL, they are like groups with certain ideas and people try to represent those ideas. This is very inefficient if the country is invaded because politicians usually have problems for agree. So Alternativa came as an alternative and do not discriminate between ideologies and postures, as their main interest is unity.

On those times, there was 2 main groups: Dinos and No0bs. And because of some trolling and some sabotage Gabranth Serge decided to leave the game.

All this when he was ELECTED PRESIDENT

So, I as was assigned as Vicepresident, I took the power on those times, where things were very strange.

I remember, I work, I went to school, and I also get sick from hepatitis, so I don’t really know what happened on those times. (I talk about the second half of 2010)

Still, after that, I became calmer and my Presidential ambitions decreased, my focus was in being MoFA from then.



=== The old times ===

One of the things that most old people remember from me, is basically because I wrote a lot of articles, not on my proudiest articles to be honest 😃

Still, with time, I sharpened my habilities in writing. I began to realize, that a good story, a good writing can be also seductive.

Writing is like making love.

With your hands and your pen, you have the hability of leaving a print, a print that might became part of Erepublik History, and people from the future will read it and can imagine those times.

Maybe we cannot understand that I am talking about, but I know, the people who came after 2016 knows. So if I want to leave a print for generations to come.

Even if this candidacy is mainly symbolic, I want this also to represent something.



=== Proposals ===

Knowing the limitations, here is what I want to focus on this presidential times:

1. A Writing contest

2. Update informations for newcomers


The Writing Contest will have the following:

From December 5th (A Sunday), if I get elected, I'll began to check the media and see how much it has been Endorsed. So Every Monday, I'll have the results (I'll have a google document in my own so after those results, I'll score it and no change will be counted). I'll repeat this for 4 times, until Monday January 2nd of 2022, and after those 4 times, I'll have a check of every article

Why Endorsement?

Votes, represent the number of people that like the Article, but as in RL, Art needs support from the consumers, so Endorsements is a better way to see the support.

So, every week, I'll check the top 3 Articles by Endorsements.
100, 50, and 25 (Instead of 5) those are the points that I'll count.

The firts place will get 30k cc
The second place, will get 20k cc
and the third place 10k cc

(I was going to do it in Spanish as well, but I realize that I'll have some limitations this month, so for now, just in English)

And after my last day in the government, I'll select the top Article and I'll donate to this person 50 q7 Weapons, or 50 q5 Air Weapons depending of their choose.

I need to mention that all this rewards, will come from my pocket.

I'll make this contest English (In the Austrian Media) Everyone is invited to participate (Specially you Releasethe Krakken). If you like to write about poetry, tell some story, talk about history, anything, you are welcome to do it so.

The Update information for newcomers:

In Mexico, people I know, is working in update some information about what every module of the game is about.

I'll tell you that is a very interesting proyect, that I want to export it here (Because well, I am helping them, so some of that us for us), which I plan to translate it in English, and if someone can, also in German as well.

The idea here is simple: Help newcomers to understand how Erepublik Works. Wars, Economy, that kind of stuff.

If we want new people to stay here, they need to understand in all dimensions how the important stuff works here.

And believe me, I do not know everything, but we are learnign toguether.



=== The Legacy ===

The Purpose of this, is a single one: Legacy.
People say this game is dead, well, maybe is dead for some of the old crew, but I had seen the newcomers, and they have a good optimistic perpective. Maybe I see it in that way, because I am relatively young, even if I have more that 12 years playing Erepublik.

Erepublik is an open world, there is no one single way to play this... And I want people to also understand the full potential of the Media Module. If I want to be remember in a Presidency (Even if is just symbolic) it is going to be in the Media... and therefore, I want to pass in History as the man who support Art and Humanities in this game.

So let's became the cultural part of Erepublik.
