[CP of eJapan] Public Announcement

I am writing this article as the president of eJapan, as I believe that some things should be known to the public. This might get to be a longer article, brace yourselves.

I need to explain why I had gone for the president and why am I still on this position.

THE BEGINNING OF AN UGLY STORY

As you might already know, Ceda.mj, at the times one of the two strongest accounts in eJapan, alongside with Bozimano Dorks, was being used by a couple of people. At one point, a sum of ~15k gold and an unknown number of resources went missing from that account. The account was reset, but the credentials were returned to the same people that had them: Bozimano Dorks and The Black Raven. After that, The Black Raven is taking ~14 million cc from the two government orgs (as we later on found out from a third party), Bank of eJapan and Nihon no Koe. Ceda.mj account has been reset for the n-th time in a row and is now in 2-click mode.

As for the money, Ceda.mj never received anything back. Where that money had went and were there any consequences - we still do not know and we probably never will.

MY CANDIDACY

After all those events, even though I never was into politics, not even congress, I decided to take over to stop money from disappearing and to try settling things down between our people. The first one I have achieved, the second one - the greatest failure so far. Now everyone is fighting with everyone. But more on that later.

BACK TO THE MAIN STORY - AN UNPAID DEBT

During his rule over eJapan, The Black Raven took a loan of 3 mil cc from the state for his own needs. Due to the lack of trust that the community had had towards him, Bozimano Dorks donates 2k gold to the treasury to guarantee for the return of Raven's debt. The money is still to be returned by Raven, after which a sum of 400k cc will be transferred back to Bozimano.

I say 400k because the only way to extract gold from the treasury is through the law for issuing cc, which uses a static gold rate of 200cc.

MORE MONEY INTRIGUES

Later on, as there were numerous fights between all of us, Bozimano Dorks was accused by Argangellord that he is being held responsible for the 14kk that went missing from the two orgs since Bozimano had vouched for Raven and his sincerity and honesty. Out of anger he transferred 30k gold to the treasury to "compensate" for the money missing and stops communicating with everyone from the Serbian community. The irony took it's toll and the money was returned by the admins back to the orgs on that same evening.

Because of that I will propose a law to have all that money converted into cc and have it returned back to Bozimano. That will make 6mil cc by the static exchange rate that the game is offering. The money will be transferred from the org Bank of eJapan, while the cc will remain on the treasury.

THE FOLLOWING ELECTIONS

Before I took over, I had only one condition - that I alone be the only one with access to the country related things. I made that request out of one reason only - to make sure that nothing is missing again. My takeover was agreed with everyone that was involved into the investigations mentioned above and that were deciding on the fate eJapan so far. The following elections are the first ones that break a "rule" in eJapan - two Serbs are going one against the other. At least I don't remember that it happened before.

CURRENT SITUATION WITH CAPITOL

I have posted some information on the wall, but it wasn't published on time. My apologies for that. The reason why we lost Kanto is to swap regions between Moldova and Cuba, the countries that we have training wars on our territory with. Due to our lack of knowledge, the capitol had gotten transferred to Hokkaido instead of Tohoku. The game doesn't count foreign citizens when calculating the largest populated region. That is why we will have to compensate for the mistake and close our war with Russia for a day or two to have the capitol back in Kanto. My apologies for that as well, it was my mistake that had led us to this.

CONGRESS MEMBERS MESSAGE

My apologies for that as well. I will create a message with all the newly elected congress members after I publish this article. Truth be told, there were no important laws being proposed anyways, but it is still irresponsible on my end. I am still getting used to this role that I never wished for. For the time being, due to the lack of trust between all of us, there is nothing we can do with that money without someone saying that it's been used without his approval. For the time being, there is nowhere to use that money, unfortunately. The only expenditure that I had was 90k to raise a resistance that was to fail since we needed an overnight battle to rank up the accounts during the last event with the carrots being given as rewards in battles.
