MANIFESTO FOR THE SEAT

part 1. The program

1. Industry. For a period of 30 days, that is for a period of your new Prime Minister mandate, all industry is to be nationalized. Meaning all companies go to hold, all people go to work for 5 government owned factories.

2. Taxes. Taxes will be changed radically except Income tax, which will be lowered by 4% to indicate the trend. VAT will be 25%. Public housing will get government funds and slight work priority over the weapons industry, as housing is a long term investment for British citizens, compared to weapons industry which is a throwaway gun industry. Import tax on houses will be 0, with a national goal of providing every citizen (with experience larger than 12) a couple of houses.

3. National goals. There will be national goals that will get UK it's monument. This will be so called easy goals.

4. Foreign territories. Britain will annex Norway.

part 2. Other domestic and international issues.

5. National bank will not be state regulated for this period, as will not Ministry of Defense and it's war Cabinet. The only instructions military will get from Prime Minister is to continue at will and to install King of Norway, King of Ireland and king of America, to set the conditions for Training wars with those three neighboring countries.

6. A question of Monarchy. There will be no Monarchy Act changes, but the king of United Kingdom will be replaced by a new king.

7. Conscription. Every citizen except the King and the members of House of Lords will be under direct command of Ministry of Defense.

8. Mobilization. Ministry of Home Affairs will be transformed into Ministry of Abroad Affairs in charge of devising a plan of settling new territories. Mobile units will be under direct command of this new Ministry.

9. If the baby boom continues, and as generals promote to ranks of marshal, a couple of new military branches will have to be introduced, namely Royal Secret Service, Royal Camouflage units, Women liberation front, etc.

10. Multy Party system. The mess of having this costly multy party system will be debated. The one party system with voting system of indirect democracy will be proposed for next parliamentary elections.

11. Life will be easy going for Britain in this period. Average income will triple.
