Who's really to blame for the eUKs humiliation?

Day 600, 10:31 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Jim Timber

Bit of a shoddy week in the life of eUK citezens, let's be honest. Hungary stole Scotland, finding it easier than mugging my nan . Embarrassing, deflating and painful i'm sure. But let's not let these adjectives get us off the scent of the real question. Who's fault was it really??

The week started on a high, with a new(ish) president and a (not so) new (ish) cabinet. Lets face facts people. eUK didn't become soft over night, nor did our fortunes suddenly change. Now, having read a little about some of the politicians in charge of what is left of our ship-without-a-sail Island, it seems to me the cause of this problem is simple. It is the same bunch getting into power each election (bar a limited bunch of others), passing the different positions in the cabinet around like pass the parcel. "Ohhh...you're it!"

Some of the other newspapers are asking where it went wrong. I can't give you all the answers there, but i'm sure if we have a limit as to how many times/how often someone can be in these positions, we will probably not see it happen quite like this again. Elitism amid a democracy is not what is required, and these people should stand down with immediate effect.

Ok, i never really liked Scotland. Good news out of all this is the drain on our health services is gone and once the radiation has passed, well, i've always wanted a larger back garden.

Out with the repetitive politician, you played your part.
