i dunno about you 2nd but i would like a UK war more than a training war - I dunno about the politics but some of the polish/France land should be ours - the UK TUP leadership should be more aggressive - my 2 cents

France are stronger, and EDEN would love to jump in, strategically it would be suicide for us to take a French region. But I agree we need a eUK war, imma need me some tasty TP, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
We take a French region and they would RW it within a heartbeat...thus allowing them then a platform to an invasion of the eUK...disastrous. It would be like a middleweight trying to hold off a heavyweight...well a heavyweight compared to us.
Currently a war is untenable, even a TW thanks to EDEN and affiliates looking for an opportunity to get stuck in against us while our own allies are currently unable to join in on our side.
