Ok here’s the deal, I’ve been asked by Portia Emerest, your newest representative for Wales in the House of Commons, to get a message out to all eWales citizens in need of help.

Firstly, if you’re new to the game and have any questions about anything then feel free to send me a pm or leave a comment at the end of this little bulletin. Don’t be shy, just get in touch.

Two, we’d like to help get eWales citizens fit and healthy. A healthier citizen is a more productive citizen. If your health is under 40 then get in touch and we will try to make you better by sending you the gift of health. Get in touch with me and it’ll get sorted. No catch, no signing up to a cult, just help.

Finally, there are over 200 citizens registered as living in eWales. To get a much better experience out of this game I urge you to get your backsides over to the regional forum and get involved with debate, games and general Welsh things.
