Greetings my fellow cubans

As you've probably noticed, I've been elected as candidate for the Presidence of eCuba by Barbudos, Alternativa Cubana, Partido de la Liberacion, and Aligual 4 CP. Some people hate me so I want to be CP, for teh lulz. Some other trust me and are agree and happy for me. There is no need to present myself a lot, as I will be just the head. The ministers and collaborators are more important. I am the actual MoD, and had been for months,... The MoD who expanded Cuba at it’s maximum numbers of regions... Just in case someone doubts about my capacities.

Como podéis haber visto, fui elegido como candidato a la Presidencia de eCuba, por Barbudos, Alternativa Cubana, Partido de la Liberación y Aligual 4 CP. Alguna gente me odia, así que quiero ser CP for teh lulz. Otros confían y están de acuerdo y felices por mi candidatura. No creo que sea necesario presentarme, ya que sólo voy a ser la cabeza. Los ministros y colaboradores son más importantes. Soy el MoD actual, y lo he sido por meses... El MoD que expandió Cuba a su máximo número de regiones... Sólo por si a alguien duda de mis capacidades.



The actual government line is a good one, with a strong unity and diversity. The affairs had been managed very well, and my idea is to keep going in this direction. I don’t want to change anything, if works is better to keep. Nikola has done a huge job, and I can just expand it. It’s a nonsense to emulate him, due to he has one of the greatest MoDs on Cuba’s history.

La línea del gobierno actual es la buena, con una fuerte unidad y diversidad. Los distintos asuntos han sido bien gestionados, y mi idea es mantener esa misma dirección. No quiero cambiar nada, si funciona bien mejor mantenerlo. Nikola ha hecho un gran trabajo, y sólo puedo expandirlo. Es un sin sentido emularle, pues tuvo uno de los mas grandes MoDs de la historia de eCuba.



With this 4 lines about me and my main ideas, I will present the team and the main ideas to work. It’s important to say they will merge and help each other in their different spaces. Most of the new ideas will merge in 2 or more ministers, so is a must the workteam.

Después de las principales lineas acerca de mi y las principales ideas, les presento el equipo y sus principales ideas y trabajo. Es importante mencionar que se van a juntar y ayudar entre ellos en sus diferentes espacios. Muchas de las nuevas ideas implican juntar 2 o más ministerios, por ello es una obligación el trabajo en equipo.

I need 2 oompa loompas, so I asked someone who can hold my lulz and help me to achieve a better understanding of the correct social behaviour. Both of them will act as counselors and help me to manage all the government stats.

Necesitaba 2 umpa lumas, así que pregunté a ver quién podría aguantar mi lulz y ayudarme a conseguir un mejor entendimiento del correcto comportamiento social. Ambos actuaran como consejeros y me ayudarán a gestionar.

We will continue to seek to forge friendships with countries with which to sign MPPs without affecting the TWs, while continuing to strengthen traditional alliances, seeking to support our allies, particularly the members of the alliance.

These days, a third TW has been agreed. We want to expand the farmville and the possibilities for the fellow citizens to have the maximum of battles, in ground and in air.

Continuaremos buscando forjar amistades con países con quienes firmar MPPS sin que afecte a las TWs, mientras se continúan fortaleciendo las alianzas tradicionales, buscando el apoyo a nuestros aliados, particularmente de la alianza.

Estos días, un acuerdo para una tercera TW ha sido cerrado. Queremos expandir el farmeo de BHs y las posibilidades de los jugadores de tener el máximo de batallas, en tierra y aire.

The idea is to keep the two current TWs, which have proved to be very useful to enhance the activity of the soldiers, helping the country to significantly increase its war capacity. As already said before, there will be a 3rd TW, to have more space for all the players who are willing to fight. But, although the control of the TWs will be prioritized, we will also try to help our allies as much as possible, seeking to make common hits both on land and air, with the aim of achieving better military coordination and organization. While the MoD will manage the macro of the Military business,the vMoD will manage the air battles and keep an eye the schedule to have an air round every 3h.

La idea es mantener las dos TWs, ya que se ha demostrado que son muy útiles para mejorar la actividad de los soldados, ayudando al estado a mejorar significativamente la capacidad militar. Como se ha dicho antes, habrá una 3a TW, para tener más espacio para todos los jugadores que quieren luchar. Pero, aunque el control de las TW sea prioritario, intentaremos ayudar a nuestros aliados tanto como se pueda, buscando hacer pegadas conjuntas en aire y tierra, con el objetivo de conseguir una mejor coordinación y organización militar. Mientras el MoD va a gestionar el macro de los asuntos militares, el vMoD gestionará las batallas aéreas intentando mantener un horario de batalla aérea cada 3 horas.

The economical team will keep working in the same way. As they started to work and understand the resource cession, we think is necessary to think about the resource deals. Also, many proposals are moving in the congress, so their planification and implementation of new laws, is a huge work to do.

El equipo económico seguirá trabajando en el mismo sentido. Como empezaron a trabajar y entender la cesión de recursos, consideramos necesario reflexionar en los pactos por los recursos. Además, hay muchas propuestas en el congreso, así que su planificación y implementación de nuevas leyes es un gran trabajo por hacer.



MoED - I am a Muffin

The incorporation of I am a Muffin in the government is to make an Air division stronger. It’s not just clicking, there is a lot more to flight properly. Strength is a non-sense for new players, so it’s needed also to enlarge the low accounts, and make them be vital. But this won’t be the only work of the Minister, also is needed to update and prepare new guides and newbies guidelines, for Cuban and game understanding.

La incorporación de I am a Muffin en el gobierno es para hacer una división Aérea más fuerte. No es sólo clicar, hay mucho más para luchar correctamente. La fuerza es un sin sentido para los jugadores nuevos, así que es necesario también para las cuentas bajas, y hacerlas vitales. Pero no es el único trabajo para el ministro, también es necesario actualizar y preparar nuevas guías y lineas básicas para newbies, para Cuba y un mejor entendimiento del juego.
