Join the new world

Hey folks, just over a week ago the Ambassador program was reborn with a bang. We have had many volunteers and a few resignations etc. It's hard work but it is work that benefits our nation; it helps makes us stronger. Nations all over eRepublik sometimes forget we exist and our purpose is to make our presence known; to build relationships and create a stronger India!

After the first week I have selected heads of departments based on performance and in a few cases it was a very difficult choice to make:

Department of the Americas: Abhinay Gupta
Department of Western Europe: Aditya96
Department of Central Europe: Anish9500
Department of Eastern Europe: BrownBomber
Department of the Balkans: DonMogul
Department of Africa, Asia, and Oceania: Babulbang

Also, I have announced the pay structure:

Ambassadors have a 2000 CC base salary.
If they get the work assigned before the deadline you get +25% performance bonus for a total of 2500 CC based on the recommendation of their department head.

If they do NOT get work done before the deadline you get -25% for a total of 1500 CC based on the recommendation of their department head.

Department Heads get 3k base salary.
+25% for completed work and recommendation of the HoA for a total of 3750 CC.
-25 for Not completing work and recommendation from HoA for a total of 2250 CC.

HoA gets 4000 CC based on the CP recommendation.

Responsibilities of the Head of Department Heads:
-Serve as Ambassador (they still do ambassador work)
-Supervises their department (making sure the people in their department is doing their work and collecting urgent and important information to be relayed to the HoA)
-Recommend the pay their ambassadors should receive

Lastly:
I still need more ambassadors as some need deputies because the amount of work some have! Please send me a message if you want to be an ambassador!
