Trade Barriers

Our politicians need to consider all strategic advantages accompanying military cooperation with foreign states. Namely, lower trade barriers with countries that objectively demonstrate awareness and fraternity with Argentina.
In this regard, one can articulate no more clear and demonstrable objective indicator than countries pledging solidarity with Argentina as alliance members. Each country presents unique natural resource and commercial expertise, (for example: our remarkable grain production). These competitive advantages, if opened more, will provide the same bulwark in favor of Argentina's mercantile and manufacturing future as military cooperation provides for our geopolitical sovereignty.
My recommendation: explore trade opportunities, develop common rules for currency exchange, and, most importanty, light the match for this effort by immediately reducing trade and tariff barriers per the individual states meeting the above-scribed criteria.
In short, show the world that cooperation produces rewards, and good will to Argentina comes with mutual benefits.

In the V1 You no longer can apply Embargoes, or different tax rates to each country.. So is nearly impossible to use the criteria you propose, because you can benefit countries you don't want or benefit sector that can destroy the internal industry...
regarding the monetary exchange, this is very difficult to manage.. is like real life.. you cant develop a common rule for currency exchange because anyone can post offers in the monetary market, this give the chance to especulators to create the proper conditions to manipulate the Exchange Rates to their benefits...
