Before our dear CP. ran for CP, he applied for the the Patriot Medal.
So now when Ursidae Polar are serving his second
very successful term as Country President,
It is about time and my pleasure, as Congress Chairman,
to award him this honor!!!

In addition to all of this he has handled many technical issues, helped in keeping the forum organized and just generally excelled in wizardry.
