The History of eIsrael Part 1

I recently had one of my articles taken down so hopefully this article will be more acceptable as it relates to the game more. This article is going to talk about the history of eIsrael and where they came from. It all starts with a man called Abram the founder of the Israelites, who was called by God to leave the country he was in and to move to Canaan (modern day Israel); with a promise that he would be made into a great nation. Abram moved with his wife, his nephew and all that they owned and arrived in Canaan safely. Now because there was a famine in the land, they decided to stay in Egypt for a while, but there was a problem. Abram’s wife Sarai was a very beautiful woman and even though they were around 75 years old, Abram thought it would best be safe and tell the Egyptians that Sarai was his sister so they wouldn’t kill him for his wife. Now this may seem like blatant lying but indeed Sarai was Abram’s sister, the daughter of his father but not of his mother. So what he was saying was indeed true, and that’s what kept Abram safe.

Now Pharaoh took Sarai to be his wife since Abram told him she was his sister and God inflicted diseases on Pharaoh’s household because of Sarai. Later on Abram would use this similar ruse when he entered King Abimelek’s domain and it also worked in keeping him safe from harm. Pharaoh even gave Abram sheep, cattle, male and female donkeys, and male and female servants because of Sarai. So in the end, Pharaoh gave back Sarai to Abram and they left Egypt back into Canaan.
