Here is the composition of the government for March:

3. Also, a new chat for congress has opened #eskcongress. At first it was opened for congressmans only, but the format will be chnaged tonight, as everyone will be able to watch the congress debates, but only congressman will have voice and will be able to talk.

4. The project of reinforcing the country with hospitals continues. Anyone who is willing to help to the construction is waited to voluntarily work at South Korean Hospitals for the minimum wage. The stone will be provided by the state and all the hospitals will be placed in key-regions in order to be used in future wars.

5. I encourage all players from South Korea to finish those 3 new mission because they offer great rewards in strength and rank. South Korea has a NE, so all 3 are doable.

6. Regarding wars:
In this moment we have a training war with Republic of China (Taiwan) that ensures us the NE bonus in training. We intend to keep it in place. Also, the MoFa team is searching new ways of expansion or increasing the bonuses we have for production.
