Strength, Honor and Loyalty...
Franklin Stone
Loyalty [loi-uhl-tee]
noun, plural loy·al·ties.
1. the state or quality of being loyal; faithfulness to commitments or obligations.
2. faithful adherence to a sovereign, government, leader, cause, etc.
3. an example or instance of faithfulness, adherence, or the like: a man with fierce loyalties.
Above is how dictionary.com defines loyalty. IMO there is three very important values a citizen must show in this worl
😛Strength, Honor and Loyalty. Now a citizen may pay lip service to those values, but it is not what a citizen says; rather it is how that citizens acts that is paramount. Recently in Public Congressional Proceedings the subject of disloyalty was brought up in the thread [Discussion] Call for Censure of Code-Y, I encourage every citizen to read that thread.
For those who do not wish to visit the forums basically Code-Y as a ‘loyal’ Canadian, was bribed to NE America; thereby starting all that has followed. Somehow he obtained American citizenship, joined Easy Company PMU and joined the American Military Party where he was then elected to Congress; then as a ‘loyal’ American Congress and MU Member he helps to sponsor a Canadian Resistance War (RW) in France against America.
IMO what Code-Y did is a blacklist offense, he aided the enemy; on top of which he has been active in Canadian politics before immigrating to America. Now there are many American citizens who have come to America from elsewhere and his political past would not have made any difference had he NOT help to sponsor a Canadian RW.
For many moons I have pontificated against another citizen who committed the same types of disloyal acts, only on a much grander scale. The above discussion thread brought about another, [Discussion] Congressional Code of Conduct, which has consumed many pages filled with the opinions of many citizens of prominence in eRepublik and the American Congress. Let me implore every citizen to wade through that thread, however Jefferson Locke said it best, ‘I don't think that pfeiffer is an immoral devil, but the need for long term vision over short term "I win and fuck you" vision is true.’ Any citizen who has been playing eRepublik since 2009 knows that Mr. Arundel is a supporter of the 'I win and fuck you' policy.
Currently America is at war with Canada and a blacklisted expatriate has been elected President of Canada. WookyJack, in the current [WHPR Day 2361] POTUS; Cab, DMV Interview, Sirius Update, War Map interviews DMV3 in which the Canadian President’s American Blacklisting is discussed, I encourage every citizen to read that interview and the threads dealing with his blacklisting.
In that interview it is revealed that DMV3 received his blacklisting for nothing more than what Henry Pfeiffer Arundel has himself done. Mr Arundel, after leaving the Presidential Office immigrated to the United Kingdom -back when we were enemies- joined a UK party, then got elected twice to the UK Congress; he was then assigned to the UK's Foreign Affairs Office.
Code-Y has been in the Canadian Congress, where he was bribed to declare America as a Natural Enemy which started the firestorm that even now rages on; he then immigrated to America where he is currently a sitting Congress Member who supported a Canadian RW against America.
In defending Code-Y’s actions morningblurr made the statement, ‘It's a game, in all games players change teams.' My answer to that was to name four games -baseball, football, basketball and hockey- where it would be totally unacceptable to switch sides in the middle of the game. He has not replied since and so I now challenge him here to name one game where it is acceptable to switch sides in the middle of the game.
My suggestion to all Americans who wish to help is that you join in the discussions taking place in Public Congressional Proceedings, I am also calling for the Admins of the eUSA Forums to remove the prescreening of responses on that subforum and allow Americans to express their opinions unrestricted. As always I would also ask that you not take mine or anyone else’s opinion as gospel, but to read and think for yourself.
Always remember: America

I suppose everyone must make their own decision here, but everyone makes mistakes and Code-Y certainly did. That being said in the few months I have been active in eRep I have only know him as a stand-up citizen of the eUS and a great help to the country. I don't think lifetime ban is the right move. Perhaps some sort of restitution and "probation" would be acceptable to the majority. Let him prove his loyalty to the country moving forward. Just my .02...
PilotPhil, I know you only have the best interests at heart, but honestly, I don't play this game to prove anything to anyone. I help all who ask and ask nothing in return, if anyone doesn't trust me then that's unfortunate and I won't go out of my way to entertain a silly child like FS.
Gotcha!
I do not condone online bullying. Also, if you really wanted to talk to me, why not post on the article I made admitting everything you said about me right here: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/everybody-makes-mistakes--2397972/1/20
Anyways, you've shown yourself to not be very knowledgeable and now this, I'm sure Deepchill will enjoy seeing your disrespect to a fellow EZC member.
First there are 3 other citizen mentioned in this article, only one of them -as far as I know- has not committed an act of aggression against America. Second, I see what you did as disrespectful to the Officers and Soldiers of Easy Company. Third, a mistake is when you misspell a word or you miss the answer on a math problem, your mistake required you to push several points and donate money, that is not a mistake.
How's the disrespect I did any worse or less forgivable than the disrespect you're doing towards me and EZC right now. Deepchill himself has told you to stop yet you still continue to bash your fellow MU member. From this day on, say what you want about me but due to your hypocrisies you will not be getting a reply. I'm done entertaining an idiot.
How is pointing out the truth, that you supported Canada against America disrespectful? To me it would have been disrespectfully to EZC and America to have not pointed the fact you were supporting the enemy.
You do realize he fights for America right? Like CHs, BHs etc. I don't get why y'all are butthurt over 1k cc.
I ask again, do you even know Code-Y?
I don't think you do and this article proves it.
Blacklisting a person who disagrees with the status quo keeps the elite in power and stifles progress. YOU, of all people should understand that, CHS.
I've known Code-Y for quite a while and I see no reason to even bring this to the forefront of Congressional business when you all should be trying to figure out how SCI can put the nation in a deficit in less than two months with no oversight.
But Congress is Congress and derps the derp regularly. Sadly, you've become one of the fixtures of an oppressive elitist regime and by attacking a fellow EZC brother, have shown you have no honor or loyalty and threaten the strength of one of the eUSA's strongest military units.
Pathetic.
IMO, what would have been pathic is not pointing out that an elite member of one of America's elite PMU's was supporting the enemy. It is disrespectfully to EZC and America to pay lip service to being American and then aid the enemy.
Enjoy your time with the aristocratic Bourgeois class. Talk to me when you pull your head out of Pfeiffer's ass.
Oh boy.
Dude you're like a broken record with this Pfeiffer stuff...
Changing sides in the middle of the game is a pointless complaint to make in a game such as this. If you really think this game runs off baseball rules then I would suggest calling an admin to act as umpire for his future actions in the game but I do not think you will.
You already know how an admin would respond to such a request. Do you know why you know?
Chess, checkers or Risk are all board cards, think anyone will let you switch sides in those games?
Let me make my previous comment more clear. I feel you are using a faulty analogy.
This game has a political aspect that checkers lacks. The way one game works is not the way all games work. Do you think a vote is held when a chess player wants to bring his knights out early? Can a person playing risk send real life money the the games manufacturers in order to get a better chance at winning a particular game against his friends?
Much usage of language is based on comparisons and while it is good to argue in favor of one point by comparing it to another, your argument suggests that games in general are more alike than they really are.
